Jersey Mike's Subs

You know exactly what to expect at a Jersey Mikes. It’s hard to screw up a fresh sub but Jersey Mikes luckily (for me) always knocks it out of the park.

I am writing this review though for the staff. This location is near my work and I go somewhat regularly. Often enough to notice what a great team you have at this store. They are friendly, seem happy to be there and genuinely interested in making your sandwich just the way you want it. They say hello to everyone who walks in the door and several by name who must be regulars.

Kudos to the team and leadership. That kind of work culture takes a lot of time and effort to create and maintain and it keeps me coming back as a customer.

My favorites are the Italian on Parm bread Mikes way with relish. The cheesesteak, add bacon. The Tuna is always good too.

I will 100% not be returning there’s 6 workers I’ve watched a lady order 4 sandwiches and get her before mine then the guy at the register only took my order because I said something and have attitude food trash , workers trash not to mention a guy also having problems with a huge order awful

This place gave me horrible food poisoning (well, my entire family) after eating it. It was awful. Sucks because I only like Jersey Mike subs, but I can never look at one again without feeling queasy. Horrible. Properly store your food. Something isn’t right w this location!

Mike’s Tuna is pretty good, but their cheesesteak is the real star — always fresh and full of flavor! I’ve had consistently great service every time I visit. The staff is friendly, fast, and professional. Overall, a solid spot with excellent food and top-notch customer service. Highly recommend!

Very Disappointed with My Recent Jersey Mike’s Order
Jersey Mike’s used to be one of my favorite spots. I recently ordered a couple of steak sandwiches for takeout with everything on them. When I got home, I was shocked—no tomatoes, no lettuce, just flat and incomplete. When you’re craving something, drive out, pay tips, and then come home to this—it’s honestly upsetting. Makes you ask yourself, “Why did I even go?” Very, very disappointed.

Subs are always very yummy. Service is usually good but often times when I ask for subs to be cut in half they don’t remember to cut them. It’s always freezing iat this location. Too cold to eat in. I’ve complained about it being too cold and they do not care.

Great staff , great sandwiches

First time to go there because of starbucks opened next door. Seriously one of the best cheese steak I ever had in a long time. Great job guys are very friendly stuff🙏🙏👍👍

Came here 3/9 around 2pm and there were three employees working. One was handling the online orders and the other two helping one customer who had a huge order and instead of having other employees help out just ignored the line and did not acknowledge the customers waiting. Saw several people order online after me and got their food never coming back again.

Stopped in for a sub on a Saturday night. The entire team couldn't have been nicer.
