Above and beyond every time I go. I have food allergy to fresh tomato and the staff at this location truly take it seriously and make sure it is clean and wiped down before making my sandwich. They clean everything and change out the knife. Every time. Doesn’t matter who is working ! Shoutout to the mgr of this location for ensuring they understand the severity to food allergies !

I've given this location a 1 star in the past BUT now I've taken my previous review down since they've changed the staff at this location. I now can say, this is a legitimate place to eat where the staff actually treats you with respect when entering and ordering at their establishment. If I ever have another bad experience at this location, I WILL NOT hesitate to change my review again. Til then keep up the good work!
They failed to document the specifics of my orders. When I called back to address the mistake in my orders, their main concern appeared to be me returning the old sandwiches (without showing any sincerity for wasting my time). I had initially ordered 2 steak and cheese sandwiches: one with only provolone cheese and steak, and the second one with onions and provolone cheese. However, I received a steak and cheese sandwich with onions and peppers

It'll be a while before I go back to this location. After waiting 20 minutes for a sandwich and watching customers who placed orders after me get their food it was clear they needed to work on their customer service. At one point I was the only customer there. I requested a refund and rolled out.

Jersey Mikes is a chain so if you don't like one you don't like em all. I came here and was met with great service and I was in and out with my food in about 10 minutes (it was the lunch rush).The food of course was delicious as it always is and this restaurant tasted just as good as the one back home in Houston, TX.5/5
