The staff at this location are fantastic. Friendly, personable, and helpful. Sandwiches are always exactly how I want and made quickly.

I’ve loved Jersey Mike’s for years, so I was thrilled to see one somewhat close after moving to the area. Unfortunately, my experience here was disappointing.
I placed an order for pickup, and while the delay didn’t bother me (good things come to those who wait), I was upset to find that half my order was missing when I got home. I drove back to have it fixed, which took some time. When I finally returned home again, our cheesesteaks were cold, and they still hadn’t gotten the order right…missing toppings I specifically requested.
I want to love this location as much as I’ve loved others, but this experience left me frustrated. I hope they improve their attention to detail moving forward.

I’ve been here about 4-5 times and it’s consistently fresh, super tasty and exactly what you’d expect. The workers are always upbeat, communicative, and professional. I’ll always be coming back here!

If this is the quality and portion size of Jersey Mike’s, I am disappointed. The workers were not welcoming; I waited almost 10 minutes before anyone asked if I needed to order. The restaurant looked empty, likely because of the way the staff treats customers. I have always loved Jersey Mike’s and never had a bad experience until I visited this location. If you live in the area, I recommend trying a different location. I always enjoyed the Springfield Brookfield Plaza location, but they have since moved to Alexandria.

I recently had an unfortunate experience at Jersey Mike's, and I feel compelled to share my feedback so that no one else has to deal with the frustration I have dealt with in the last week. Here's what happened:I placed an order for pickup at Jersey Mike's. When I arrived, I was informed that they were dealing with a plumbing emergency and couldn't fulfill my order. Fair enough—emergencies happen. However, the chaos inside the store was palpable, and the person at the front counter seemed overwhelmed.To add insult to injury, the employee who broke the bad news was in the middle of eating a sandwich. Their demeanor didn't inspire confidence—I didn't feel reassured that my money would be refunded promptly by the manager in the morning. My worries were confirmed when I saw on my banking app that I was charged, and as the days went by, my worry went to anger as the "pending" charge became an actual charge. Over $40 for never receiving any food.After leaving the store empty-handed, I contacted customer support multiple times to resolve the issue. Unfortunately, it took nearly a week for them to respond. No explanation was provided for the "manager" never following up, which left me frustrated to say the least.When they finally got back to me, it wasn't with a prompt refund. Instead, they offered to send me points, or to be forwarded to the location's owner/manager. While I appreciate finally getting a response, it doesn't address the fact that I was inconvenienced and paid for a meal I never received. The prospect of waiting yet another week for a response added to my frustration so I asked that they send me the points instead, since I did not have faith that I would ever have any follow up (They have not proven to be dependable since they did not issue my refund in the first place). The customer service rep did not seem to read my response and instead gave me a canned response about forwarding my issue to the manager.To date, I have not received a refund nor points.In summary, Jersey Mike's's handling of this situation left much to be desired. I hope they improve their communication and customer service in the future. As for me, I'll be looking elsewhere for my sub fix. I recommend Paisano's, I have never had issue with their customer service.

The quaint, clean and efficient sandwich shop had 3 nice, neat and professional employees. They were quick and knowledgeable. They were friendly and attentive. The eating area and drink station was stocked and clean. The food cheesesteak was large and hot and fresh rolls. The order was correct and the food was tasty.

Liz made our subs and did an awesome job. We needed oil and vinegar to go. She took the time, put oil and vinegar in little to go cups and then used the stickers to secure them. Most people don't take the time. She was awesome!!!! We always go to this Jersey Mike's- but Liz is now our favorite team member. Everyone should go and say hi to Liz. Be sure to tip your Jersy Mike's team members- especially when they give great customer service.

Jersey Mike’s Springfield fails once again!Placed online order at 1040 to be ready at 12…I am still standing here at 1235 and they still haven’t even started my order.This place simply does not know how to manage its business.JM corporate, please come in and audit and train this store. It needs it desperately.Also don’t bother to reach out with a lame apology and free sub. If you truly cared, you would fix this store.

I have never been to this Jersey Mike’s but the employees were nice. I ordered a steak and cheese on wheat and I was given the sandwich (the kid never asked if I wanted lettuce or anything). He just handed me the sandwich which was on white and not wheat!! Not overly happy!
