I have always order the same order many time at different location. This location, it was terrible. Steak wasn't fully cooked. Bun wasn't toasted and no flavor at all. Do not go this place! They don't K ow what they are doing!

I ordered a stick ball, it had no tomatoes or salami...and wasn't cut in half, also I asked for no oil...it had oil. I door dashed it....other times I've put banana peppers on it, never put them on. So bought jar and add them myself.
OK, so the food is good. I mean it’s the same and every other Jersey Mikes which is the only reason I gave that five stars but the service is absolutely garbage. I would not recommend going to this location just a bunch of kids in there working that I have no respect! I caught one of them, touching his nose if you know what I mean and then coughing into his hand, but I didn’t see his hands get washed This honestly has to be the worst Jersey Mikes in the Northern Virginia area. I’ve never seen one so poorly ran. Eat their at your own risk I mean, if you don’t mind being disrespected and employees, not washing their hands to fix your sandwich then it’s the right place for you.

The new management and staff at this location have bad customer service. The amount of meat they NOW put on your sandwich is less than 1/3 of what it was it was before… They seriously need to have someone run this place better….

Manager was amazing. She was very kind. Ordering was a breeze and the food was amazing! Literally the best jersey mikes ever! This one is closest to my work, and the one by my house never taste the same.

I usually enjoy Jersey Mike’s at other locations, but this particular store was an absolute disaster — and it all points back to the management.
From the moment I walked in, it was clear that the staff was overwhelmed and disorganized. Several employees looked frustrated or completely checked out, and after dealing with the manager myself, I understood why. The manager was dismissive, rude, and clearly had no interest in helping customers or supporting their team. Instead of solving problems, they seemed more focused on blaming everyone else and acting annoyed that customers even had concerns.
My order was wrong — not once, but twice — and when I brought it to their attention, the manager rolled their eyes and acted like I was the problem. No apology, no accountability, just a condescending attitude. I watched them treat their own employees the same way, which made the entire atmosphere tense and unpleasant.
There are plenty of sandwich shops that get it right, both in food quality and customer service. Sadly, this Jersey Mike’s fails at both — and until there's a major change in leadership, I won’t be coming back.

I asked for gluten free and was rudely treated by all the employees on staff. I then noticed that they were using the same gloves and making my food next to all the other sandwiches. When I brought it to the manager and he told me that if I was unhappy that I should go somewhere else (very rudely). This attitude has been here every time I have went and will not be back.

The last 3 or 4 times we've ordered via Uber eats, there's been something wrong with our order every time. Tonight evidently 2 of our sandwiches got swapped with ones from another order. I like the food, but the error rate is dismal. If we give them another shot in the future and do not run into issues, I'll revise my review.
