They make you pay more for cutting the same piece of bread for a Giant size in half and calling it two regulars--I.e. half Turkey half tuna--vice even just pricing you at a Giant for the more expensive sandwich. Cheese cost extra on certain sandwiches but they'll move a slice from the other half. Just petty trivial tactics that will might save you a few dollars short term but will hurt your business in this market long term when your trying to scale with hundreds of other options around.

The quaint, clean and efficient sandwich shop had 3 nice, neat and professional employees. They were quick and knowledgeable. They were friendly and attentive. The eating area and drink station was stocked and clean. The food cheesesteak was large and hot and fresh rolls. The order was correct and the food was tasty.

Liz made our subs and did an awesome job. We needed oil and vinegar to go. She took the time, put oil and vinegar in little to go cups and then used the stickers to secure them. Most people don't take the time. She was awesome!!!! We always go to this Jersey Mike's- but Liz is now our favorite team member. Everyone should go and say hi to Liz. Be sure to tip your Jersy Mike's team members- especially when they give great customer service.

Jersey Mike’s Springfield fails once again!Placed online order at 1040 to be ready at 12…I am still standing here at 1235 and they still haven’t even started my order.This place simply does not know how to manage its business.JM corporate, please come in and audit and train this store. It needs it desperately.Also don’t bother to reach out with a lame apology and free sub. If you truly cared, you would fix this store.

I have never been to this Jersey Mike’s but the employees were nice. I ordered a steak and cheese on wheat and I was given the sandwich (the kid never asked if I wanted lettuce or anything). He just handed me the sandwich which was on white and not wheat!! Not overly happy!

I went here tonight and ordered 3 sandwiches: chipotle cheesesteak and 2 of the "jersey favorite" sandwiches. I ate the chipotle cheesesteak and it was very good while eating it. However, about an hour and a half later I had really bad food poisoning. I was going back and forth to the bathroom constantly. I will not be returning to this location.

Absolute worst Jersey Mike's franchise I've ever been to, hands down! I've lived in about a dozen states and been a loyal supporter of the brand. However, we tried this location a few times since moving back to Virginia and not once have they got the order right. In fact, not once have they fulfilled an order within 1 hour. A ? disaster. Will never return!
Sandwiches are great but watch out for the curly haired weirdo who works in there that wears a mask. Avoid her and ask for someone else to assist you.

My husband went to get us subs. They toasted my husband's philly cheesesteak, but refused to toast my ham and cheese. It's a sub shop and they would not make me a hot ham and cheese. Ridiculous. I've polled several FB groups for alternatives and now have lots of other options I'm looking forward to trying.

Liz was attentive to all my needs, and I truly appreciate her attention to detail. The facility was very clean and I would have sat down if wasn't in a rush.
