Stopped back in here for lunch. They are distancing tables, so I was comfortable eating there. This place is bare bones, but the 육개장 YukGaeJang I ordered was good and the service was quick. Food is authentic and hope to try out there Chinese dishes next time.

After getting my sense of taste/smell back after having Covid, I wanted to treat myself to something truly delicious. This hit the spot! We ordered several items for delivery and the price point was very reasonable. Kimchi Jjigae was the perfect level of spicy and full of strong flavor, just like it should be. They didn't skimp on the pork in there either. LA Galbi was so juicy and tender it pulled off the bones easily. I was pleasantly shocked at the large portion size since I ordered the lesser-expensive portion over rice. There was plenty to satisfy a hearty appetite. The curry was sweet and mild, it's comfort food and a family-friendly dish. The Galbi Tang is delicate and delicious. The broth in it carries the slight sweetness of perfectly cooked short ribs and radish. The generous variety of banchan was such a treat and each very different from the others in texture and taste. Delightful little treasures of flavor to reset your palate. I usually eat Korean food from Annandale, but now that I know we have our own delicious option close to home, we will definitely order from here again. As a bonus, their delivery arrived much more quickly than estimated!

Really delicious the location looks typical but the food is anything but. The meats have flavors and spices that are out of this world and the dine in isn't out of the question. Pleasant staff and comfortable seating. Will return.

This place is very much underrated. Food is good, fresh and very delicious. No fancy decoration. But if food is important for you not the fancy decoration then this is the place for you. Very Clean environment and people are friendly. Me and my wife love to go regularly there and they never failed to satisfie our taste.

NEVER EAT HERE!!! Staff is unhelpful & rude. I was very specific about my allergies with staff prior to ordering. They said they'd make it "no problem." Everything I requested was disregarded and was served everything I asked to leave out when I returned home. I called promptly to notify them, and they said when I come back they'd issue me a refund. Three days later, I come back and the server dismissively said "I no working that day, you leave when owner come back." I already wasted my time to go back to Springfield, am currently out of town, and then she had CUSTOMERS dining in repeatedly translate to me that I should leave. This establishment is willing to take $70 prior to gratuity, but not concerned about accommodating legitimate allergies and client satisfaction.

Kang Chon is so good which is why I was pleased to learn that during COVID-19, when restaurants are not allowing dine-in, Kang Chon offers take out and includes all the yummy korean side dishes with your order! I always recommend the Jap chae here because they never skimp on the veggies or meat. This is my favorite spot in Springfield, can't wait to come back!

Stopped by on our way up north. It was Covid time so they only had take out. The food was good and the portions were large. I guess letting them know we were from out of town and having to eat in a hotel, she felt extra generous with the banchan. I'll definitely stop by again if Im in the area.

They are not great at everything on their menu, but the dishes they do quite a few dishes well and at decent prices. I recommend the spicy pork stir fry, black bean noodles (surprisingly good given they're not korean-chinese style restaurant) or any of their traditional korean stews. The service is pretty good, perhaps because the owner is there most of th time?! I've been here quite often and they definitely take care of the regulars as well. All in all, not the fanciest, not the priciest, but has a family feel with a few consistently good dishes.
