I love coming to Kanji sushi and have NEVER been disappointed by the service & food. Your server Kevin is the best I have ever had at any restaurant ever! Very attentive to customers and always detail oriented when it comes to his service. Keep doing what you’re doing Kevin we love you!

We’ve been here multiple times and each time the food was very good and high quality. Food arrived quickly and the service here is great. I want to especially mention our waiter, Noah. He has been our waiter here multiple times and he always provides us amazing service. He is patient and gives good recommendations! This restaurant is definitely a go to for anyone wanting all you can eat sushi.

Always a great experience at Kanji Sushi!
Came in today and our server Eric was awesome — super friendly, quick, and really made the vibe chill and welcoming. The food, as always, was on point — fresh rolls, great presentation, and everything tasted amazing.
It’s one of those places where you can both enjoy a solid meal and just relax after a long day. Definitely recommend Kanji Sushi if you’re looking for great food and a good atmosphere. 🍣🔥

Great spot and friendly staff.
Went for late lunch and it was a little dead (we didn't mind this!) It started picking up with the early dinner rush.
We will be back for sure!

Currently suffering from food poisoning after eating here. I only ate the cooked fish and I hope my 2 year old doesn't get sick. If he does, I'm definitely coming after this place.

Great options, food is fresh to order; rotating food isn’t always fresh. Will see cut melon and old desserts rotating for a while.

I had high hopes for this AYCE Sushi restaurant based on posts from IG but was ultimately disappointed. For someone who lived in the PNW for years and has visited Japan, the quality of the fish and options available were mediocre. If you are dining on a budget and have little ones that love sushi, this is probably a good bet but I won't be returning. I found the options on the conveyer belt to be lacking and didn't look fresh. You can order whatever you want from the menu, and the food typically comes out on a robot-like device on top of the conveyer belt. However, you have to order from the waiter and although our water did his best with managing a lot of tables, it was often difficult to get his attention to order. Other AYCE places I've been to have digital menus you can order from which seems easier to me. It also seemed like there were items that were on the menu that people around us were ordering, which just led to some confusion. The hot dishes that came from the kitchen were sloppy and looked pre-made. If you like sashimi, I would skip the rolls and nigiri and just order sashimi, the hand rolls are a better option too. I'm glad I gave this restaurant a try but unfortunately it did not meet my standards.

If I could give this place 0 stars I would. DO NOT EAT HERE UNLESS YOU WANT TO END UP WITH A UTI AND AT THE HOSPITAL. This place has some serious issues. I ate here once, got extremely sick. I assumed it was just bad luck and months after I felt better I decided to come here again. I dealt with the same issue AGAIN. Nausea, vomiting, diarrhea, UTI, and so much more. This place is clearly not taking any precautions with food preparation AND safety. The Fairfax health department WILL be contacted because this is absolutely unacceptable. THIS PLACE IS VILE.

Honestly pretty good quality for an AYCE. everything I've had tasted good. A good variety of options to order. They let you do decently large orders. So far no complaints. My niece and nephew Love this place they go about once a week
