Been here twice, terrible both times. Ordered a Dalgona latte 50% sweet, and got a cup of coffee with 10 cups of brown sugar syrup in it. Ordered a coffee milk tea, and although it wasnt as sweet, it was just as bad. Oh and the mochi donuts are terrible too. This is one of the worst boba spots I've ever been to, I don't understand how they stay open.

The thai tea was really not good. We spent over $5 per tea (for three of them!!). They were disgusting, and the waitress that helped us was not very polite. Won't be returning, unfortunately. We love thai tea in our family, and we were hoping to find a good place to get it besides inside a restaurant.

I used to visit often many years ago and drinks were good, but recently quality seems to have gone downhill. I agree with many other reviews about the Thai Tea, it tasted very water-downed and just not very good overall. If Thai milk tea is your favorite boba drink, do not get that one here.

Ordered milk tea and the worker was extremely rude. Idk her name but she had curly hair, was overweight a little bit, and was flirting with all the other workers. She was being extremely rude to me and she had dyed curly hair. Please manager if u see this please talk to her. She’s extremely

pro: my brown sugar black milk tea came out very quickly con: my brown sugar black milk tea looked and tasted like 99% milk 1% tea. either they literally used those proportions or the tea was steeped for .0001 milliseconds. i tried to tell the employee/manager and he insisted it was made correctly ... as a connoisseur/former ABG i can confirm it was undrinkable. i am going to go home and dump an espresso shot in so it doesn't feel like i'm drinking a cup of warm milk. i feel like i got noodles&co tier boba. :-)

The store is inside the mall. It's not too hard to navigate if you are near Macy's. I ordered classics Thai Tea, 50% sugar. The flavor is alright. Maybe, 100% sugar could have been better.
I have no idea why the reviews are so low! My daughter and I love to go there for special occasions and enjoy their wonderful tea and boba! I really like the house milk tea, 50% sweet with honey boba, my daughter likes the brown sugar one, 75% sweet with honey boba as well. The prices are also very reasonable and non-expensive; yesterday we got two teas for just $13!

I usually stop by Kokee Tea whenever I visit Springfield Mall and I haven't had major issues with my drinks until today. I ordered the Brown Sugar Milk Tea with Honey Boba and realized after mixing and finally drinking it in my car that there was no boba. I'm extremely disappointed especially since I paid a little extra for the boba topping. The drink itself tastes good but would've been better if it included the boba that I paid extra for. Even though the drinks were made quickly and I didn't have to wait long, I would rather wait longer and have my order made correctly instead of having them quickly make my drink but miss an essential ingredient.

They really went downhill since COVID era. The tea is extremely watered down (even without ice!) and the price is higher than at their competitors. With so many great boba places in the area I can’t recommend Kokee.

Whenever we go to Springfield Mall, I'm always tempted to stop at Kokee for a tea, but this time I was intrigued by the mochi donuts! It was late in the day, so they only had a couple of flavors left. Fortunately, they had one taro donut left, so I grabbed it. So glad I did! It was delightful. The donut was not dense at all, but rather on the light and fluffy side (compared to regular mochi)...great soft, slightly chewy and light texture. The taro glaze was delicious, not overly sweet, and just the right amount so as not to overwhelm the more delicate mochi flavors. I was very impressed, and now even considering going back to buy a box of six next time to share with my coworkers :)
