Used to love this place. But now I would give negative stars if I could. I was so disappointed with the product and customer service. We don’t usually ask for reduced sugar at this location because they were good at not making the drink too sweet, but tonight our drinks were awfully sweet, like they poured sugar into them. When I asked to replace it with less sugar, they refused because we didn’t tell them when we ordered and that we already drank some. Duh! How would we know until we tasted it?? They also refused to refund. We threw out the cups still over 3/4 full. I regret tipping them. They just lost a frequent customer with the subpar quality of the product and customer service. They were very rude and disrespectful and were even laughing as we left the store.
My tip to customers who will go to this location: ask for reduced sugar, at least you can add sugar when you get home. But also don’t expect consistent quality.

I love their taro milk tea so much that I drank it almost everyday during my entire trip. It is so addictive!! The boba is perfectly cooked and really chewy. The ingredients proportion is so on point !!!

I definitely recommend! I had gotten a miso soup with pork no corn and added mushrooms, also a large mango milk tea. I absolutely love this place but can get quite expensive but other then that the scenery is a comfy and relaxing spot to sit and enjoy.
