The manager was super rude to his employee. The employee had simply offered to give a sample of one of the flavors to my boyfriend, and his employer proceeded to scold and ridicule him in front of us. Super demeaning. The employee did nothing wrong, he was very kind throughout our interaction. The drink were absolutely disgusting. The manager should focus on providing decent beverages instead of hounding on his employees.

I came in late as they were closing and I made sure they would still be okay to make a drink and they kindly said yes. I kept it simple, coconut milk tea with regular boba. Didn't have too much coconut flavor so I may ask for more next time but boba was generous and it wasn't loaded down with ice. The two team members working were apologetic as they had a large order ahead of mine that they were both working on (didn't bother me, I'm in the industry I know how it can be). It all seems to be scratch made as well. I will definitely come back.

I am Taiwanese and I’m very particular with my bubble tea since it’s my turf’s food. I usually go for Gong cha in this area because they are a safe choice. However, this Kung Fu tea has superior bubble making skill than Gong Cha near this area. I had bubble tea here three times and two times the boba is cooked at the right degree of chewyness.

While in Springfield, we found this little boba tea place and placed an order to go. We ordered 2 drinks To Go. Very nice workers that explained the different options to us. The shop had cute decorations with a variety of items for sale, as well. I personally don't like my drinks with the tapioca balls (boba), so I ordered the Lychee punch with Lychee fruit bits and the other drink was a Mango Green Tea with the boba. Drinks were good and quenched our thirst!

I've been to quite a few Kung Fu Tea locations but this one in particular deserves a good review. From the moment we walked in; we were promptly greeted and asked if we needed help with ordering. Their menu is quite extensive so it has something for everyone! I ordered the Kung Fu black milk tea and the strawberry slushie. Both were very good and passed the taste test from my nephews. The bobas were chewy and not too hard. Drinks were not overly sweet. All in all, good customer service and good tasty drinks!

This Kung Fu Tea location is the only one that’s inconsistent when it comes to making the drinks. The flavor is never correct or the same, depending on who makes the drink. I just wasted money AGAIN ordering a drink with less than 100% sweetness, only to get a drink with ZERO sweetness. It’s basically milky water with ice and bubbles. What’s the point of offering different levels of sweetness when you’re not going to measure it correctly???This is so annoying because I also gave a tip when paying for my order. Never again!
I ordered a Taro Slush and got a Taro Milk Tea instead. I don’t even like milk teas.I realized it after I got home so wasn’t going back to ask them about it.Had to throw the whole thing away. Wasted $10.

It's a good place to hang out as it doesn't close early. But to be honest, the drinks are mostly milk. Honey milk Green tea does contain some green tea for sure, but it feels like It's mostly milk.
