HIDDEN GEM!!! Been coming here for years. Food always consistent and delicious. Cstomer service, low prices and food quality is topnotch. Always treat their customers with appreciation and welcoming attitude. This puts them as the best restaurant/bakery in the country! I've been to hundreds traveling the country, so this is saying a lot.

I recommend you try the pho (legit), beef stew or chicken banh mi if its your first time. Real shredded chicken (packed), fresh veggies. However, you should try everything! True soul of what Vietnamese food should taste like.

The bajn mi sandwich was excellent. The rice bowl was terrible and very expensive
I ordered it with chicken which was very dry, chewy and tasteless.

Love...love...love! This place is legit. Full menu served all day. Specializes in soups and sandwiches, and they have some amazing beverages...like fresh sugarcane juice. This is next door to my dog groomer, so I will be back on repeat. I got the shrimp, pork broth and tomato soup with a fresh sugar cane. Very chill atmosphere with great music. EXQUISITE!

It looks and smell better than it taste. The pork was overcooked and extremely dry. The service was pleasant but the food is more important. Also wasn’t worth the cost.

I've been coming here off and on since they first opened. They have the best selection and service, and the location is very convenient, right off I-95 in Springfield.

I've seen some negative reviews, and I believe it's because they now have a Spanish cook. This means some dishes have a Spanish flavor profile instead of a purely Asian one. If you find a soup too salty, you can always ask for hot water to dilute it.

My advice is to go early, between 9 and 10 a.m., when the food is freshly cooked. Later in the day, they could do a better job of storing some items in the refrigerator. But they don't follow the American food laws

I am a picky eater and I'm not Vietnamese, so I feel I have a neutral perspective. The two Vietnamese places across the street and the one by Giant aren't as good as this restaurant. It truly is the best in the area, though it may depend on what you're in the mood to eat.

As a Chinesr born in Chinatown Thailand, I eat Chinese favor not strange Thai favor. So Vietnamese works for me. I usually get egg noodle that they sell $5. You can't beat that price.

I don't like Vietnamese pho rice noodle soup. So I go to Chinese restaurant for egg noodle soup such as PopCorn restaurant next to Trader Joe's.

Decided to give my honest review after going back here a few times this past months! Like other reviews, I love their banh mi because it is tasty and it doesn’t carve off the root of my mouth 😂 The portion is generous imo and the price is similar to other locations that I have been too. So far, I enjoyed majority of their side dishes (out of my personal preferences) before you make your way to the cashier counter to order. Customer service has been very consistent. They are friendly and efficient. The tall male cashier who works there is very attentive ensuring that everyone is taken care of from my pov. Personally, this place serves as an amazing alternative if you do not want to endure the hectic atmosphere and parkings at Eden Center (IYKYK).

This place has become my go-to to satisfy cravings. I loooooove the bành mí and iced coffee. The pho is always great too. I’ve had the oxtail and it really helps on those days when you need something to warm your soul 😇 The service is great and I always feel well received when I order from them 💚

There's just way too many other Vietnamese restaurants around Springfield that are much better . This place is just for quick carryouts. The vermicelli bowl was extremely low effort with all the noodles stuck together and the pork bbq was pork strips that were cooked before. The fried egg rolls were all just batter as well . Pho was just mediocre as well and the chicken and the chicken pho was very tough. Not to mention the noodles also stuck together as well. Hard pass

The best Vietnamese food hands down! When I’m in the area I always have to stop by Le Bledo to get a banh mi and a soup. The consistent quality and attention to detail is what makes this place great. I know what to expect so I’m always satisfied with my food from the fresh baked daily bread to the variety of Vietnamese classic soups such as pho, bun bo hue, and bun rieu 😋 10/10 highly recommend and bring a friend!
