I usually liked going here but the worker served someone behind me who wasn't in line. Just took her word. When I complained he just rolled his eyes. Didn't care. Never again.Sad that Springfield Mall is full of rude nasty ppl

Food is not well maintained at an appropriate temperature. Cheese Wontons were hard and cold. Chicken and rice was dated and had to be reheated in a microwave in order to consume. Card reader did not work.

I have no pictures to share but their crispy chicken is my #1 go to. They'll cook it fresh and you can order it as a stand alone in a small, medium or large portion. Delicious. Service is always pleasant. It's a mall food court counter, so keep your expectations low.

The food wasn't as good as I thought it would be. They weren't busy so it's been sitting around a little. I was hungry so ate every bite but mid way I looked at the Panda express and wish I went there instead.

The food was pretty good, but just so you know, the cashier guy added 20% to my bill and charged me straight face. The card was already read, I was in a hurry, it wasn't a big purchase, so I decided to let him get his way, but he shouldn't be cheating so casually. Honesty goes a long way for restaurants... I know I will avoid this place next time.

Very misleading when it comes to beef noodle soup. On display was one thing, and instead I got a below average Vietnamese Pho. I wanted what was displayed. Instead, I got something totally different.

This place was one of my FAVORITE food places to eat at!! The workers are really friendly and always have a smile on their face! It’s better then Panda Express because their food is actually fresh!! NEED TO TRY

If I could give 10 stars, I would. Their food is very delicious! My favorites are the orange chicken and bourbon chicken with rice. I definitely recommend.Kid-friendliness: Great for family, great meal for kids and adults.

This place is amazing! I'm surprised it didn't have a line down the entire hallways of Springfield Mall!I'm not a little Chef, I'm a big Chef and a knowledgeable food critic. I grade and rate restaurants hard, I never give 5 stars unless it's truly deserving a rating that high.I ordered their 2 entree & 1 side off their service bar for lunch today for my first time.Their tempora shrimp had a $1.50 upscaled price that I wasn't made aware of until I got to the register, but it was well worth it!(I had already eaten half of my food before I took this picture! They definitely give you plenty!)Their pepper chicken was also extremely good, although it could use a lot more fresh pepper, whatever they used was weak in flavor.The steamed vegetables were tasty also, not over cooked, and fresh!Lastly their simple lo-mein was just okay, a bit over-cooked but definitely edible. It's easy to get this dish over cooked on a hot bar.This place is definitely worth a try!I'll be back for more soon!-Chef Chris, restaurant consultant, owner.
