It was our wedding anniversary and when we arrived, the host sat us in a booth in the quiet part of the restaurant and waited on us as we got settled to provide menus. Our waitress arrived promptly, asked what we were celebrating and remembered there was an allergy mentioned in our reservation, provided complimentary champagne and light dessert to celebrate. The food was fresh, delicious and reasonably priced. You shouldn't have to spend an arm and a leg for top tier service. We will be returning. Compliments to the entire staff!!!!!
Took us 30 mins to get bread and 45 mins to have our orders taken. We asked another waiter to find our waitress and she then alerted the manager who never even came to our table to apologize. They changed their menu, getting rid of favorites like Marco's Meal For Two and raised their prices. A plate of spaghetti now costs $25 ! Just not worth the price
The food was delicious and our waitress was the best, she really made it a great experience.
Second time back in a couple years, this time for our grandson birthday 🎂 the food was delicious as usual, took a few busy day. Our server Latrell was genuine, willing to help and offer suggestions if needed. The manager Joe was personal, asked about our experience and offered assistance if needed also remember to bring a fresh loaf of bread to go. Thank you for another great experience, the cake sliced for our grandson at the end a very nice touch ❤️👏
We had nine people in our party, and we had the family style option. The food is good, and the value is great. However, the service at the Springfield location is not great. When the food is brought out, the staff just stare at you and wait for you to attempt to make room on the table. Similarly, after your party has finished eating, the staff will just hand you several boxes instead of helping to package leftovers. Our experience with service at the Tyson's Corner location is the exact opposite. If you're hosting a large group, skip the Springfield location and head straight to Tyson's Corner.
This had been one of my go to restaurants in the past. Last night was my first time trying a new menu and I must say I was less than enthusiastic. Bring back some of the favorites.
Our family dined for our small wedding reception and chose the family style dining. The food and service were amazing, and we took plenty of food home too. Highly recommend.
Horrible place. Horrible service. I'm thankful I left and didn't get to experience the horrible food I heard about
So we went there for a corporate event. The salads were to be honest old and with way too much dressing.. and please don't tell me that that's Italian style Caesar salad because it was not. It was limp old lettuce they were trying to get rid of. Most people sent their salads back or didn't eat them at all out of 10 of us.
Most of the other food was pretty good. Everybody seemed to be happy, especially with calamari. Nobody was impressed with the vegetable sides.
That being said, the servers and service was excellent and kept everything stocked and of course our drinks were full. But for the price that our company paid and didn't expect the borderline nasty salad and less than stellar vegetables with our meals. We won't be coming back as a company and I'm not sure any of the people who attended would ever come back individually.

My grandparents were Italian. I was raised and taught to prepare Italian foods. I was told by my grand and parents, never eat Italian at a restaurant, rather, prepare it myself. After my grands and parents went to heaven, I tried Italian restaurants, MAGGIANO's SPRINGFIELD,VA, RATES UP THERE WITH MY ITALIAN FAMILY ROOTS. The food is incredible and so is JESSIE THE SERVER, AND MO THE MANAGER. I dine at this restaurant 2 times a week or at least 4 times a month. I promise this restaurant will exceed your expectations.

There was a ridiculous amount of pressure of trying to get my family & I to order alcoholic drinks & maggiano’s doesn’t even have good ones like that!! If I want drinks from somewhere at the Springfield mall it’d be yardhouse. With a recovering alcoholic in the family we chose a “family” restaurant because we figured there wouldn’t be that kind pushing on those menu items but it was just seeming like a money grab or something. At this point I’m sticking to Olive Garden.
