You need to show up early in order to dine here. We got to the restaurant at about 530 and they found a seat for us. 1/2 hour later u would need reservations.
Food was very good. I had lasagna and it was very good. The others I dined with enjoyed theirs as well. Noise level was ok when we got there but soon after people started coming in it was a bit noisy.
Excellent waiter but when he had to start working other tables he became more scarce.
Had Chianti Classico with dinner and it was pretty bad. $61 a bottle.
You have to park in a garage nearby for $$7 for 2 hours however.

I want to share my honest experience with Maggiano’s Little Italy at Springfield Town Center. As a service member who has been stationed in several parts of the country, I have always appreciated how Maggiano’s publicly promotes supporting the military community. Their website clearly states that active duty and veteran military members receive a 25 percent discount. Every other Maggiano’s location I have visited has honored that commitment. Unfortunately, this location did not.
During my recent visit, my family and I spent around 121 dollars on dinner. When I asked about the 25 percent military discount, the employee told me that it was only 10 percent at this location. However, when the check arrived, the discount applied was only about 3 dollars, which is not even close to 10 percent. In reality, that is less than 2 percent off.
When I politely asked about it, the staff member simply said, “Oh, unfortunately, you only get 10 percent here,” and offered no explanation or concern. That felt misleading and disappointing. For a brand that says it proudly supports the military, this experience made me feel undervalued and misled.
Being stationed here in Virginia for the first time, I was genuinely looking forward to continuing my tradition of dining at Maggiano’s, a restaurant I’ve trusted and enjoyed for years. But this experience completely changed that. The pricing, the lack of consistency, and the dismissive attitude toward a clearly posted discount were unacceptable.
I hope corporate leadership at Maggiano’s reviews this issue and ensures that all locations honor their advertised discounts and commitments equally. Actions speak louder than slogans, and true support for the military community should be reflected in honesty, consistency, and respect.

I ordered the Fettuccine Alfredo and they have changed the recipe. There is way too much rosemary. It does not taste good. I told our waiter and he did nothing.
The staff was friendly and helpful and the food was amazing!

We went for my husband birthday as a family and had a wonderful time. I always went when I lived in Philadelphia, Pa and this was our first first time visiting this particular location no complaints even recommended it to a few friends
Springfield doesn't have the same level of service or food quality the the Tysons location did. That said, our server was very attentive and friendly - same for the food runners/bussers! The food was good, but nothing extremely noteworthly. Hostess was extremely unpleasant and unwelcoming. The other hostesses slightly more welcoming. Overall, the evening was fine, but not sure it worth the spend.
Pretty grimy place. Didn't feel very clean inside. Lasagna was returned as the center was still cold. Rigatoni was average but overcooked pasta. Place was pretty empty. Sparkling water brought to the table with no glass...server says “ oh- I'll get you a CUP” . Bill was 75.00 ( without the 18% tip)- 1 pasta dish, small salad, glass of cheap wine and a bottle of sparkling water .
We were looking forward to returning to Maggiano’s after having a great experience in Denver. When we were erroneously charged in Denver the manager came over and sat with us and explained they couldn’t grant a refund but gave us a free entree card and told us we could use the coupon card as well as the free appetizer welcome coupon they originally couldn’t give us. We also experienced above and beyond service from our server and the manager. At the Springfield location we felt that our server was less attentive, we didn’t see them as often and had to ask for some type of dipping sauce for our bread and water refills although they had it readily available for other tables. Our server didn’t allow us to use it despite the Denver manager telling us it was fine. Super frustrating to have conflicting guidance. Additionally the food was not good at this location. It came out cold and not as seasoned. We loved our experience in Denver and were looking forward to returning. However the food and service combination at Springfield will have me waiting awhile to return to a maggianos.

This used to be one of our favorites. It’s now overpriced with.lackluster service, and slightly diminished food quality. This will be our last time here sadly.

21 years ago I rode in the back of a limousine and I proposed to my girl, on our way to Maggiano's restaurant. 2 years later we were married. It has been 19 years and I decided to commemorate and remember the past 19 by visiting one of our favorite places to go. We do not go often since it is a bit of a drive from where we live. This trip we had Vaughn as our waiter and he was phenomenal. We could not have asked for a better person. The food was excellent as always. Atmosphere was top notch. Overall the wife and I thoroughly enjoyed ourselves!
