Having eaten at this Maggiano's a few times, the pattern is very clear that there is excellent management. The service personnel have always been genuinely pleasant and professional, and our server was very kind and efficient. With five people in our party, we decided to select the family menu. This does not seems like value option at the first evaluation but when compared to the individual prices, it turns out to be. It simplifies the process and the service, and when viewed according to the quantity (almost comically large) that led to a few boxes and enjoyment over more than one meal at home, I have no regrets. The food was outstanding! One of the selections was beef medallions that we requested to be medium and they were indeed medium and tender in a very tasty sauce. The chicken Parmesan and rigatoni “D” were also excellent. We normally do not order dessert, but ended up with all of them. The tiramisu was so good and not sweet—thank you!—and the chocolate cake was also like a high quality European cake where the chocolate and cocoa feature and not the sugar as in most cakes in the U.S., which again made it amazing. If the wine prices were more accessible (per glass seems ridiculously expensive) or per bottle that provided a value, we might have added an Italian wine (there are SO MANY suitable and high quality Italian wines at accessible prices in the market) but not on Maggiano's menu. If they did this, I am sure they could increase their profits while providing value and enjoy to their customers.
Food was excellent, as always. Our server, Delmy, is always very attentive every time we are there and we always request her whenever possible!
I had a very good and delicious experience with my family. I highly recommend this place. It might be a little pricey for some, but the quality and quantity goes with the price and food flavor!!!
Service was.excellent. Every item ordered was delicious. No complaints. I would certainly go back and take friends and family. 10/10 would recommend.
It was good, but we wanted to be able to choose a different kind of pasta ( angel hair) and this was not an option. Everything else was good. Thank you
The food temp and flavors were great, the service was wonderful, and the booking/RSVP/check-in process was easy. My family always knows what to expect when coming to Maggiano's. My only gripe would be the price-point, but the economy is what it is.
Kelly was OUTSTANDING! Best service I have ever received. He was very knowledgeable about the menu and provided great recommendations along with some great laughs! Cant wait to return!
Food was great and service was good. Should have checked my bill closer, after I got home I realized I was billed for drinks we did not order.
Love Maggiano's and it's the ideal place to meet family visiting the area. Food is wonderful wait staff is very attentive.
You need to show up early in order to dine here. We got to the restaurant at about 530 and they found a seat for us. 1/2 hour later u would need reservations.
Food was very good. I had lasagna and it was very good. The others I dined with enjoyed theirs as well. Noise level was ok when we got there but soon after people started coming in it was a bit noisy.
Excellent waiter but when he had to start working other tables he became more scarce.
Had Chianti Classico with dinner and it was pretty bad. $61 a bottle.
You have to park in a garage nearby for $$7 for 2 hours however.

I want to share my honest experience with Maggiano’s Little Italy at Springfield Town Center. As a service member who has been stationed in several parts of the country, I have always appreciated how Maggiano’s publicly promotes supporting the military community. Their website clearly states that active duty and veteran military members receive a 25 percent discount. Every other Maggiano’s location I have visited has honored that commitment. Unfortunately, this location did not.
During my recent visit, my family and I spent around 121 dollars on dinner. When I asked about the 25 percent military discount, the employee told me that it was only 10 percent at this location. However, when the check arrived, the discount applied was only about 3 dollars, which is not even close to 10 percent. In reality, that is less than 2 percent off.
When I politely asked about it, the staff member simply said, “Oh, unfortunately, you only get 10 percent here,” and offered no explanation or concern. That felt misleading and disappointing. For a brand that says it proudly supports the military, this experience made me feel undervalued and misled.
Being stationed here in Virginia for the first time, I was genuinely looking forward to continuing my tradition of dining at Maggiano’s, a restaurant I’ve trusted and enjoyed for years. But this experience completely changed that. The pricing, the lack of consistency, and the dismissive attitude toward a clearly posted discount were unacceptable.
I hope corporate leadership at Maggiano’s reviews this issue and ensures that all locations honor their advertised discounts and commitments equally. Actions speak louder than slogans, and true support for the military community should be reflected in honesty, consistency, and respect.

I ordered the Fettuccine Alfredo and they have changed the recipe. There is way too much rosemary. It does not taste good. I told our waiter and he did nothing.
