We have eaten here three times in the past month, and the food and service are both excellent. The menu is huge and everything we’ve had is great. Also want to give special recognition to server Ethan, who has a fantastic and engaging personality, and is a great server. We’ve had him twice and will always ask for him in the future.Kid-friendliness: Waiter Ethan is especially amazing with young children. We saw him interacting with a table with young children, and he is just tremendous.
We started coming here about a month ago and we’ve been here three times now. The food is amazing. The menu is VERY extensive. There is something here for everyone. We’ve had the Asian chicken salad and the Thai chicken salad - both great. Gyro meat is amazing. Big Mac egg roll, according to our grandson, is great and taste just like McDonald’s Big Mac. Pizza is awesome. Steak skewer app is very tender and generous portion. The corned beef and cabbage was amazing, but I think that was only a St. Patrick’s Day special for March. We will be back many times in the future to sample the rest of the menu, which we have only scratched the surface of. Also, a special shout out to waiter / bartender Ethan. He has fantastic energy and personality, and great customer service, and we saw him also waiting on a table with young shoulder and he is phenomenal with the children.

The waitress was great. We asked her if the food is good here. She gave us a little warning and stated I mean it’s ok. Her body language said it all though. We should’ve left right then and there because the food is horrible. It’s super cold and unseasoned. Who is cooking this food ? It’s disgusting. We gave her a great tip though because she did warn us with the body language. Definitely won’t be coming back here. We should’ve just went to Maggiano’s. Lesson learned though

This was the worst experience I have ever had with a restaurant. I don’t write reviews but I need to share my frustration. I went and sat down for lunch , ordered a meal to go. When I got home I discovered a metal object in between the food. Looks like something from the grill. Called to speak with a manager and was told no one is available and I will receive a call back. After receiving a call back I sent over a picture of the object and she confirmed it was from the kitchen. Apologized and said she was putting in a refund and will receive it soon. After 3weeks of not receiving a refund called back and was told by another manager refund was processed and not sure what happen but will process another one. After more weeks going by, spoke with a manger who said sorry they have a new system and maybe that’s why it didn’t go through. Know because of they new system corporate would have to issue refund and I will have to call and tell them about my issues. Called corporate 2x with no call back. Bad customer experience and broken promises with excuses.

Very disorganized and loud... we had a party 12 people to celebrate a birthday, and we sat for 20 minutes with no drinks or menu because the hostess failed to assign a server to our table. We had to get the attention of another server who stated that he was not assigned to our party but would do us the favor of serving us. Food was average and would most likely never dine here again.

I ordered the Fajitas, steak and shrimp.Seasoning was good. I would've like a little more steak and a few less peppers but other than that, it was a good portion and again, the seasoning was good. Also ordered a carnitas burrito. Everything tasted good. Only downside; was expecting the rice, beans, etc. to be INSIDE the burrito. Ordered kids chicken nuggets and fries. Chicken tasted fresh and breading was great as if all was homemade.Parking: It's right outside of the mall/Town center so it's a bit difficult to find parking at certain times.

Abysmally slow & poor service. 45+ minutes from being seated to having food. Server seemed uncertain he was even actually our guy. Brought ketchup when asked for mayo. Seemed a little stoned, honestly, or (most charitably) checked out from actually caring about customer interactions.Food was OK, but when you've copied Cheesecake Factory's menu (e.g., way too many offerings) in an attempt to please everyone, you wind up pleasing no one, at least not to a level where the customer cares about coming back. I know we sure don't.Tl;dr - completely average food that would be entirely forgettable if not for the slow, painful service experience.
