I’ve been to Makchang Dodook several times now. Highly recommend the large intestine if you order option A. The side dishes are excellent as well, try their ramen and seafood sundubu. Our server today, Melody, does a fantastic job.

If I could give this place six stars, I would! From the moment we stepped through the doors, the warm aroma of sizzling meats and their pepper and salt combo whispered, “You’re about to have the meal of your life.” And boy, was that promise fulfilled. The service? Impeccable. Our server was like a culinary ninja—silent and swift, yet somehow always there exactly when we needed a refill on kimchi or a tip on the perfect grill timing for our food. The food? Chef’s kiss....
