The worst customer service I informed the manager that they had made an order for someone else, and that my order had not been restored since the damaged cups had not been replaced, or the new cups had been thrown into new cups without any apology. This was a nighttime, foolish, short-woman customer service worst

The burger patties tasted old like they had been sitting for awhile. Fries were so cold they were unedible. Missing items from order. No time stamp for the pies either.

You will probably wait or they will ask you to park but they don't give instructions. They also don't track your vehicle, I have been given other people's food before.

I usually order through the drive through or for curb side, but today I wanted Mac Sauce for my burgers so I ordered to pick up at the desk and was going to pay for the Mac sauce on the side. I walk in and jk immediately greeted with a smile and when I requested to pay for the side of Mac sauce they gave it to me for free! They didn’t have to and overall it was a great experience with a lot of warm and friendly smiles 🙂

Does McDonald's has a habit I'm forgetting or not making your online orders. Making you have to wait so long that you might have been better off ordering from the kiosk to the front desk.This is one McDonald's I shall not return to.

I mean it's McDonald's but it seems things ae going down hill in the fast food arena. Just a dirty store. No clean tables and wasn't busy at all. It's said to rate customer service since the kiosks are what people use so no real interaction. The food is iffy. It used to be consistent but not anymore. I guess it depends on who is making the food (which speaks to training). I can't believe I'm saying this but after several bad experiences, I won't be eating at McDonald's in any location. Used to be my favourite fast and cheap burger. It's a shame really.

On 4/13: I went through the drive-thru and the screen was broken, so I clearly said I wanted a 10-piece chicken nugget, large fry, and a strawberry banana smoothie. When I got to the window, the employee said, “Oh, you wanted a Filet-O-Fish?” I told her no, I ordered the nuggets, and she insisted I said the number 6—which is fish. I explained again that the screen was broken, so I didn’t order by number, I stated my order clearly. She gave me attitude and laughed, and at that point, I just told her to keep the food and drove off.
If the drive-thru screen is down, your team should be listening closely and not brushing off customers like this. It was frustrating and dismissive.

This mcdonalds is great during the week when the normal manager is running it. During the weekends, this place is a joke late night..always saying they only accept cash and sometimes even making up prices. On top of all that, the female manager on Sat Feb22 was rude and unprofessional. If ownership was aware of the way this place is consistently run late-night on weekends, I am sure there would be serious and immediate changes. It's an absolute clown-show.

This mcdonalds is a disaster on weekends. Wish the owner would pay attention. No cheese on big macs..shitty buns on filet o fish. I come here twice on weekdays late night as well and everything is perfect.
