The manager at morning shift was rude and very disrespectful, there was a young lady who was try to help us but the Manager stop her from helping us, I was on drive through, the manager said never ever come again to this McDonald and she said I am the manager and I can stop you to not come again, I told her I will complain and she said to whom will you complain, I am the manager, it was very worse experience from this from this lady.

My only issue is that I was very specific about my order, and I had to wait since it was early and everything was not ready (understandable). The main way I wanted my sandwiches was only correct for 1 out of three, and the old man in the second window couldn't either hear me or understand English. I'm not saying that to be funny, but I had to repeat myself like over 3 times, and he had to call for a manager for both condiments and for my sandwich to be fixed. Either way, they were very helpful and respectful and fixed my sandwich. Otherwise it was cool.Oh and they didn't take my order at the speaker...I kept saying hello since someone was in front of me and ordered...I drive up to the window but the manager had a headset on ?. Thankfully he was respectful. I wouldn't come back here, respectfully.

customer service was awful like truly awful! the small woman, manager i think, was very rude. food was mediocre. and all of their truck shipment has been sitting outside for at least 30 minutes in the sun. pretty sure that's a health code violation..... we will see if i get food poisoning

very bad service, terrible customer service, I ordered two drinks, one I said not to give me ice and they gave me ice separately, I paid for a large vevida and they gave me a medium one, I complained to them and they didn't listen to me, they closed my centana, I'm so upset .

Disgusting. Gnats EVERYWHERE and even had a bug in our iced coffee and all the tables were disgusting. The manager then did anything they could not to refund me.

I ordered a sausage egg and cheese mcmuffin and a burrito. The sandwich tasted raw and "grease?" was oozing out of it. The sausage burrito was stale cold like it was in the fridge for 30 minutes or it was freezer burned then warmed up in a microwave and taken out early. Do not go to this particular restaurant. Clearly they allow this quality of of food out of of the door with the potential to make people sick. I don't even like writing reviews, but this... is disgusting.

Expect to wait around an hour for your food, even if you ordered ahead. Had to ask what was taking so long and my food had been sitting behind the counter the whole time and the number was never called out. Disorganization is the issue here.

They closed their lobby as I walked up to the doors. I was there 15 minutes before the lobby was supposed to be closed as per their hours posted on the door. It’s a 24 hour drive thru I don’t get it why you had to be so rude to me. Whoever the lady manager was on shift at 10:45pm December 28th needs to be spoken to. Ridiculous.
