Best McDonald's is decent in terms of food quality compared to other McDonald's. The staff is pretty friendly. Only problem is that they take too long to make the food and give to the customer. The drive-thru at lunch time and the drive-thru after 9:00 you may be waiting 10 to 15 minutes. The Sweet spot is around 6:00 p.m. and you go inside.
Drive thru is often slow. Cars aren't directed to wait in the designated spaces if the food isn't ready. Line gets slow and long.
Not bad actually..only had a breakfast sandwich..checkout was speedy
Poor service, had to wait 10 minutes before get the food albeitI was alone in the hall. Almost cold chicken, tiny amount of sauce, overall low quality meal. Looked like some one else's order that has not been picked up for a while. Sprite tasted bitter, had to throw away immediately.
Used the automated screen and paid for my food. Waited at front counter for 12 minutes while staff totally ignored me. What is the point of ordering my own meal, but still had to wait another 12 minutes before they acknowledged me at the front counter???I'll never come here again. Do better. I would have dined in the dining room, but they forgot to turn on the heat. It's cold in here...

This particular McDonald's manages to screw up an order 50% of the time I go here. Mayo on a big Mac was the biggest L thus far, but medium drinks when I ask and pay for large drinks is fairly frustrating too. A large meal, comes with a large drink, but not at this establishment.

The manager of the morning shift, (it is 10:30am), does not have good treatment either with the client or with her employees!! The restaurant is full of customers, and she only talks on the phone, while she leaves a new young man, practically serving alone!!

Cleanest McDonalds i have ever been too. All of our food was so fresh and felt like it was made with love. The seating area was extremely clean and staff were very nice. We felt like we were

Messed up an order again. I ordered a quarter pounder deluxe no cheese. I wanted to get ecoli and get some of that lawsuit money. They must have caught on and gave me the quarter pounder without the deluxe. Staff is friendly, but they excel at not giving a f.

Went today ordered a filet o fish meal and quarter pounder meal. Got only 1 french fry. I seriously hate this place.
Not the first time this happened. Every single time I order a quarterpounder deluxe it comes w/o any toppings at all. Just drive down the street to the one next to Mikes or Giant. This place is a dumpster fire.
Paid $3.39 for a hot fudge sundae only to find it wasn’t all the way filled and the hot fudge was lacking. I barely got any fudge on my sundae and was very disappointed that I paid so much for some so lackluster.

I had a fight bad weather and bad traffic just to get to this place and yet once again they don't have any ice cream. It's such a basic thing have the items that people want to buy and have a consistently and maybe have some redundancy in backup. This is absolutely bonkers and nuts I haven't been to this place in a long time The last time I was here they didn't have ice cream either, get your stuff fixed or get out of the business.
