Apparently they have new hours now and close at 10PM. The gentleman last Friday told us that they have new hours and refused to take our orders in the drive thru’ and told everyone else after us that they were closed as well. The line behind us in the drive thru’ started to leave as he told them as well that they close now at 10P. I went ahead and suggested the new time for this location since they now close earlier than other locations in the area. Just to save ppl the drive and time. You’re welcome :)

Each time I come here I get an order wrong (3 times). Just got home with 10 nuggets instead of 20, the 10 nuggets weren’t even in the 10 box either just in a 4 and 6. No sauces the other times, ordered a breakfast sandwhich at 9:30, drive through line kept me there until 10 and because breakfast stops at 10 they are quicker to shut down breakfast than to actually make a damn sandwhich. Problems after problems. Never had an issue at any other McDonald’s. Never come here.

They literally drown their fries in oil unlike other McDonald’s as well as being greedy with their portions. Their service is just as bad. Lazy and disrespectful manager. You have to wait ages for your food and they charge you for ranch even though it’s free in the app and OTHER MCDONALDS. Their manager’s attitude was disgusting, she literally slammed the drive thru window in my face just because I asked for ranch. Don’t waste your time coming here just go somewhere else. Never coming back here again.

Ok, so it’s McDonalds. But the fries are always super crispy, the nuggets fresh. The drive-thru line is pretty efficient, and doesn’t have any difficulties with cross-lot traffic or complicated driveways.The people seem to be nice.

Took him almost 10 minutes to even take my order then when I got my food the hash browns were cold and the sandwich was wrong. Gave me an attitude when I asked for a refund. Left there very dissatisfied. Will never come here again.

The drive thru lady couldn't figure out our orders, which were just the numbered meals. Get to the window to pick up the food, she gives us one hamburger, then argued that she gave us all our food, there were 5 of us! After showing her our receipt twice, we got most of our food. Never got everything, but we were tired and gave up.

Food here is USUALLY really fresh & good. Yesterday, no onions & very little pickles were on our BOGO $1 McRib Sandwiches, but, were still DELICIOUS! Now, yesterday (Wed, day b-4 Thanksgiving) around 4pm, the Drive-Thru was steady w/ car customers, but the SERVICE was SLOW! (I suggested the MANAGER get his employees to "speed-up" the service! After all, it is supposed to be FAST FOOD!) (I've worked in the FAST FOOD INDUSTRY, so, I have experience.)

I went there for breakfast the only problem I had was the bread was a bit tough I think they over cooked it but everything tasted great and I would gladly go back any time!
