This store is a joke. You order something and if they want your to have it then your can. I ordered a fry and 6 sweet n sour sauces after I paid he tells me I'm not allowed to have the sweet n sour. I need to pay more

I just wanted to thank Tabassam for being so friendly with my kids and helping with refills. The other girls I’ve met through the drive thru have also been very nice. They usually are very busy but always are nice :)

They completely botched my order. The drive through lane is so narrow that it's hard to get larger cars through without hitting the curb.

There was no burger on one of our our big Mac , we had to wait at least 40 minutes for our food then it tasted like crap and the filet o fish we got tasted like rubber, the fries were hard, chewy, and cold and they messed up are drinks!!

They didn't fill the full order and didn't give a refund. My boyfriend just went by here to get his mobile order. They gave him his food thirugg the drive through and didn't give him the hot chocolate that was part of the order. The employee left and he was never offered a refund, they gave him a second soda instead. Do not come here, they are not helpful, they don't want to give refunds for missing items. They've done the same type of thing to me multiple times. Spend your money elsewhere.

Worst McDonald’s I’ve ever been too, the bathrooms were so disgusting that even made my hunger go away and left the place. Cleanliness doesn’t seem to be a priority at all, if bathrooms are kept like this I can’t imagine the kitchen….

Terrible wait time, terrible service
Getting through the drive-thru consistently takes 20-25 minutes, even when there aren't many cars. Fed up with waiting in the drive-thru, I decided to order inside for take-out. I placed my order and stood around for 15 minutes. Turns out they just...forgot to make my order. When I showed them my receipt, they then started to make my food, and forgot to tell me when it was done.
They are consistently out of basic items - I don't even mean the ice cream. Out of large fries, out of Coca-Cola (for several days in a row).
The service seems to be getting steadily worse. I do not recommend this McDonald's and I will be going to another one from here on out

Ordered breakfast here at 10:32 and showed up a little after 11 where I then had to wait in line for a while. Unfortunately wasn't able to show up quickly so they threw my food away. This is ridiculous. I understand it's lunch time now, but why throw away food you already made and that someone paid for. Stupid.
