I'm doing Uber, can you please also put on Uber that McDonald's is closed? They waste my time, and I think just me and others too. Please be angry with this store. It's terrible. It's 2:55 am. December 10

Nothing like waiting over 20 minutes in the drive thru and not get the correct order.

Slow, terribly managed, often incorrect. I tried to cut them a break many times but they are consistently wrong in the drive thru. I once ordered a Coke Zero and they gave me a Frozen Coke. Today I ordered ahead on the app (to avoid them getting confused) and provided my code in the drive thru. They went ahead with the wrong order anyways and when I got to the window they told me to wait at the pull ahead and that they were making my order. I ordered one burger and one fry, nothing custom - that’s it. After 10 minutes no one came and I left. Apparently ordering a burger and fries from this McDonald’s is too much to ask. Shameful.

Fast and friendly customer service and the food is always hot and on point. My go to spot if I need a quick bite or a caffeine pick me up.

The food is the food, but having ordered here numerous times, the service is what has really impressed me. The staff is always very friendly.

3 of my last 5 curbside orders took so long that it required me to go into the store to get my order. At least 3 cars in the drive-thru, had their order fulfilled while I waited. After inquiring about my order, they started to collect my order. Unacceptable.

They forgot some item every time. Make sure you fully check the bag before leaving. The app also doesn't let you report missing food, as they make you call the restaurant.

If I could put 0 stars I would but 1 star is the most for this establishment for this place this is the worse McDonalds ever I have got in in my life management is awful
I have a laundry list of bad things I could say, but to sum it up I've never had a "good" experience here. The range at night is mediocre to awful. After 10 or so experiences, I always skip this place and go to route 1 instead (leagues above). The app always defaults here and I accidentally ordered here tonight, so I show up and wait 20 minutes in the drive thru (lobby was closed early, real shocker) only to be told they don't have half my order. "You want your money back or what?" Why did you sell it to me, other locations won't let you order things out of stock. Typical experience here, nothing's changed.

Inside they keep it clean. In the drive through, they often get orders wrong. I can't ever get a sausage cheese and egg biscuit because here for some reason they don't put cheese on the biscuits.

Double Quarter Pounder turned into a double cheeseburger. Didn’t notice till I got home. They made up for us either unfriendly service. Never again.
