3 of my last 5 curbside orders took so long that it required me to go into the store to get my order. At least 3 cars in the drive-thru, had their order fulfilled while I waited. After inquiring about my order, they started to collect my order. Unacceptable.
Inside they keep it clean. In the drive through, they often get orders wrong. I can't ever get a sausage cheese and egg biscuit because here for some reason they don't put cheese on the biscuits.
Customer service is pretty good (you are ordering from a kiosk), but the delivery of your order is great (double checked and realized the order was wrong). Time for two orders to receive is pretty long, but again, the customer service is nice.
