I had a terrible experience with Savour Foods Springfield, VA. I ordered food for Iftari at 7 PM via Uber Eats, expecting a timely delivery. Delivery time showed 8:05PM. After waiting an hour, my order was suddenly canceled without any explanation.
I called the restaurant to find out what happened. Mohammad answered the phone and casually said, āI donāt know, the manager canceled it.ā When I asked to speak to the manager, I was told he had already left. When I asked for his name, Mohammad started laughing and asked why I was asking so many questions. Eventually, he told me the managerās name was Hassan and to call back in an hour.
This is horrible customer service and completely unprofessional. Canceling someoneās Iftari order at the last minute is not how a business should operate. The staff is rude, unhelpful, and completely lacks ethics.
Avoid this place. They clearly donāt care about their customers. Zero professionalism, zero accountability.
Not a good way to do business.

We recently celebrated my son's Ameen at Haveli Restaurant, and I must say, the experience was outstanding! Aaqil, the owner, and Hassan, the manager, did an exceptional job in ensuring our event was flawless.
Special mention to Hassan, who went above and beyond to manage the food and ensure everything was perfect. His attention to detail and warm hospitality made our celebration truly memorable.
The food at Haveli Restaurant was delicious, and the service was top-notch. I highly recommend this banquet hall to anyone looking to celebrate birthday, ameen, or wedding.

My family had booked haveli for a mehndi event. It was hot as hell. The menu was missing items. Akil at first seemed like a good individual to do business with. But, he is highly unorganized, rude and disgusting. At the end when I acquired if the AC was going to be fixed or not. He told me to take my party elsewhere. WILL NOT EVER RECOMMEND THIS PLACE OR DO BUSINESS HERE!!!

Last night, I attended a family event at this location and it was a horrible experience for all the guests. Their AC system was broken and the management did not inform anyone before hand. When we confronted the management about broken AC system, we were told to pack up and go someplace else (we had close to 150 guests). Cherry on top, menās bathroom was in bad condition with unusable toilets.
The manager was rude and disrespectful. On the top of it, it was too hot, and AC is not working.

Unprofessional and rude owner, knew the A/c was broken and provided no prior notice nor appropriate solution. My sister had her henna night event here last night. The owner knew the A/C was broken and did nothing about it when we complained he said we can take our almost 150 guests somewhere else in the middle of the party. Relative told us they came here prior weekend for an event and the A/C was not working then either, meaning owner knew this was an ongoing issue Temperature inside was in upper 80's and guest were sweating and leaving due to the heat, so humiliating Also items in catering menu were missing. Overall the heat ruined our experience and months of excitement and planning for this event. Would not recommend this place going forward under this management/owner.

The owner is over rude and disrespectful just donāt even try experiencing there No guest service no respect no concern response. They didn't have working AC and didn't try to fix it. If you want temperatures under 90, book somewhere else. Also filing complain to better business bureau. So something is done about the owner and this business.
