Sorry - I don't normally post negative reviews but then, I rarely have anything negative to report but I was underwhelmed with my $19 bacon cheeseburger.
No lettuce, no tomato, no pickles, no ketchup, no mustard, no mayonnaise . . . got a complementary cup of Mike's mystery sauce . . .
Wife and son had pasta dishes. They were satisfied but I was disappointed

I have been eating at Mikeās American for longer than I can remember. The food and service has always been great. Tonight though, showed me why I have consistently continued to returned to Mikeās. BIGGEST SHOUT OUT TO MANAGER AUSTIN. He was very accommodating and very attentive. Couldnāt have asked for a better dinning service.

I donāt normally leave reviews but I felt I needed to this time. This wasnāt my first time at Mikeās. Iāve enjoyed the food every time Iāve dined here in the past. Today was different unfortunately. I asked for a burger with no cheese due to a dairy sensitivity. The burger comes from the kitchen with cheese on it. I politely notified the waiter that I asked for the burger to be made without cheese upon placing my order. The waiter and manager come over to apologize for the mistake. Minutes later a fresh burger was brought to me or so I thought. I only ate half of my burger at the restaurant and decided to bring the other half home for a snack. It wasnāt until later I went to heat up my leftovers that I discovered the cheese had been scraped off and flipped upside down on the bun so it wouldnāt be detected. The burger was also not well done like I requested but thatās besides the point. I feel as though if I wanted to have the cheese scraped off my burger I couldāve done it myself. This is extremely dangerous to people who have food allergies and sensitivities like myself. Iām extremely disappointed in Mikeās for this and I hope this review is seen and acknowledged for future guests because for some it could mean life or death. Iāve attached photos from a video I took once I got home and realized the cheese was on my burger.

My family has been coming here for 20yrs. We celebrate birthdays here. It is truly a beautiful restaurant. The fun details. The craftsmanship. The lighting. The atmosphere. Everything about this restaurant is wonderful. Great indoor space. Incredible bar. The food. The staff everything is just amazing. This is a must stop if you are in the area.
This is a family favorite place. Where we eat just about everything off the menu. There is literally something for everyone on this menu. It's a fun chain and atmosphere as a restaurant. The aussie rolls are amazing but the other homemade bread is also amazing. Drunken ribeye is my favorite, but I love absolutely everything. Appetizer can be meals, but they are amazing. Salads are get and I love the fresh dressings that are homemade.

The atmosphere and design of this restaurant is beautiful. The wait staff were incredibly kind and helpful and worked together to make sure we received the best service possible. I ordered the fillet tips with a tequila lime sauce over gluten-free pasta and my husband ordered the chicken tenders. We finished off our meal with the bread pudding and I cannot recommend it highly enough. While we may not be from this area we will definitely make a point of returning anytime we travel this way. Lots of small (but spacious) booth options were available which is my preferred seating for a couple.

We love mikes frequent often Kayla was horribly annoying said it was no sparkling water and gave us a plastic bag and lied and said there were no paper bags.

We always go here for special occasions with family! It is always a good time when we come here! Food is excellent! The guest are happy and friendly, and the waiters and waitresses are always fun and classy! I get the firecracker shrimp as an appetizer, along with the famous Ozzie rolls and I get the Grilled Chicken w/ Angel Hair Pasta as my entree.

19 July 2025 Carla and Doug were outstanding. Carla is probably the best server in America, which means she's the best server at Mike's. Doug was extremely nice and helpful when I decided to move from, practically, a ledge to a small table in the bar area. They were both very nice to talk to and very welcoming as well.
The men's bathroom... the management here needs to either do a more thorough job of cleaning it or perhaps ensure its cleaned more often. This is probably the one area that I can say that Mike's has begun to decline over the years. When I went to the restroom on my latest visit, I could smell the men's room from about halfway down the steps. Not pungent, but definitely NOT a clean / deodorized / sanitized / disinfected smell.
