I live out of state, but when I come back, I make it a point to come back to eat 1-2 EVERY TIME I'm here, at any location I can! I LOVE THIS PLACE! my husband and I share this plate of kebab and humus and Naan. I cannot find an equivalent, in Minneapolis, MN. Please open up the same place there!! Enjoy my photos! I take photos of the bathroom, because my elders need accessible bathrooms, so I know it's important to others! P. S. I don't think there's a place to hang your coat on the back of the door, in women's, of the bathroom, and thatd be nice. (I'll change my review if I'm incorrect!)Parking: Lots of spots

The food is pretty bland. It’s not bad, I’m just used to more seasoning. A coworker spoke very highly of this place but it’s just not for me.
The food was amazing. The cashier was awesome and he was working so hard to make everyone happy!! It was also packed and he still made it happen

Attention to detail is lacking. Items were missing from our order. We contacted them regarding the issue and they mentioned they'll keep a note regarding a credit when we return.

I have been eating at Duke for more than 20 years. I love their springfield location and their georgetown location. The food is always hot, flavorful and fresh. Yes, the places is always crowded but if you are a Duke fan, then you already know thats what the spot is going to be like. You can order and take away if you want to get a bit more elbow room to enjoy your meal. Best meal in the fall and winter hands down.
A great chain, super fresh. The flavors are consistent. They don't skimp on

The food is always delicious, the only problem is that they forget to put the bread in the order and some family members can't eat rice so they didn't have bread to eat with the food.
My go to place to get Kabobs in Springfield. Honestly, the decor could be worked on and perhaps the tables/floors could be cleaner but I personally just go there for a quick meal and then leave. The service could be a hit or miss, but when ordering the staff knew what I wanted and they at least brought it out to the table. I will have to dock a point about the bread/sauce. Before the pandemic, the bread was made in house where it feels like now you just get pre portioned slices where it's just thin and dry. The tzatziki sauce is also in it's own container already premade. It's a bit watery but I suppose it gets the job done. I normally get the Moby Combo II which consists of Kubideh (Ground Beef), Joojeh (Chicken) and Rice. You get alot of rice if you opt to not have the salad, but a very big generous portion. I don't really have much to say other than it's very delicious and can make you feel bloated after eating. It's a lot of food for one person considering you're paying almost 20 bucks for it. I go here bi-weekly after work; I'm sure the staff knows me by now. I'd only recommend if you are going to eat in the store. Your experience might vary when ordering online/phone but the food is great when you're there at the store.

the employee who's name i believe is brandon is quite exceptional at his job. He is a very nice gentleman and i felt very welcome into the restaurant just cause of his warm hospitality. Please keep hiring employees like Brandon! Thank you A Happy Customer
