I ordered last night, and the customer service experience wasn't great. The person I spoke to over the phone, seemed disinterested and the order wasn't ready when I arrived. The employees were casually hanging out in the lobby, and it felt like they started preparing my order only after I got there. There's room for improvement in the cashier's customer service skills.

I stopped by to take out. I don't know how it usually is, but it took a while to prepare the food, and it was delicious. I ordered butter chicken. It came with plain Nan bread and rice. Both were perfect. Restaurant itself is not to enjoy but great spot to eat.

Ordered chicken charga it was too spicy, chicken was not fully cooked. They said they’ve paratha roll but when it came out it was a chicken wrapped in a naan not paratha. Worst experience!

The mango lassi I got was room temperature, but still fine. The naan kabob roll sounded new and interesting- it mentioned it's filled with three different sauces, but the three sauces seem to just be mayonnaise, ketchup and a hot sauce. The naan bread part of the sandwich is fine but the meat part is really bad... it could be the meat quality is bad or whatever spices or ingredients are added to the meat. I had to throw out my sandwich after two bites. I also think the sandwich would be better if they only used the green chutney sauce or white tzatziki or other white sauce commonly found at kabob restaurants... the mayonnaise and ketchup don't go well with the kabob roll, and the meat seems to have its own spices so the hot sauce is not needed.

On the occasion of our visit, the appetizers ( Samosa and Aloo tika) were delicious. But not for the spice intolerant! Our main course ( buttered chicken) with a creamy, perfectly spiced sauce and garlic naan, again, was absolutely delicious.Prices were very fair for the quantity and quality. Will absolutely return. After reading the negative reviews, I think the biggest issue here may be consistency as everything seems to be made at time of order and one pinch of spices Can make the difference between looking for the flavor or looking for an Anti acid and a gallon of milk.Parking: Large strip mall parking

Been coming here for years and love this place! Just ordered Keema Naan - chicken and beef…Was very disappointed! It was so spicy my family couldn’t even eat it and then the chutney was water. Red pepper is a spice but there are other spices that can be used - definitely noticing prices going up and food quality going down.

No taste in 4 things I ordered, even after requesting for spicy still no spices added. Little quantity for the price charged. Same mince used for kabab and naan and hardly any meat. I wonder why isn’t anyone reporting these unauthentic Pakistani restaurant to BBB. I’m very hurt to say that other restaurants from neighboring countries are better but still try to buy from Muslim people to support. I do not recommend them at all and will never go there again. Inna lillahay wa innah lillahay rajayoon.

This eatery serves up some truly excellent cuisine that is always fresh and bursting with flavor. The taste is unlike anything you'll find at other Pakistani restaurants, making for a unique and memorable dining experience. But it's not just the food that's great - the staff are friendly and welcoming, always ready to make your dining experience as pleasant as possible. And despite the small seating area, the restaurant is always clean and tidy, making for a comfortable and enjoyable atmosphere.Overall, this is a fantastic spot for anyone looking for delicious and authentic Pakistani cuisine. Whether you're a seasoned fan of the cuisine or just looking to try something new, you won't be disappointed by the quality of the food and the hospitality of the staff. So why not stop in today and see for yourself what all the fuss is about?Parking: Parking no issue.
