Half way through our meal a family came in with one very unhappy child. Even the crayons and coloring sheets offered didn’t soothe him. It’s not the restaurant’s fault but it did cause me to give 3 stars.

Great service and the food always comes fast and really delicious. Please try their chicken burger and rainbow bowl best menu items. Their staff is very friendly and helpful, you neee anything the cashier or any one on the floor is ready to help. Love this location!

This Nandos peri peri chicken locatiob serves always fresh perfectly cooked chicken and side dishes. staff smile all the time. Last time we preferred red skin mash potatoes and hellumi sticks along with two lemon and herb flavored chicken legs. They have great family dishes of wings and bigger platters too which we tried previously. I enjoy both take out and eat in at this location.

Stopped in this location on June 6th for what I thought would be quick to go order. It was not that at all. I ordered the chicken thigh skewer with a side of coleslaw. I waited a few minutes to order and when I was ready to order the cashier kept assuming I was with another customer. I told her I wasn't, she took his order, left and returned to the register three times before taking my order. I waited forever for two items and the slaw was sour or rotten because it smelled horrible. The veggies on the skewer were practically burned not slightly charred. So I threw it away at home. Please check your food temps and ingredients before preparing it for customers.

Ordering using your phone is disturbing... I will never... food coming on separate time on the table... Food is completely different from what I ordered ...

First time here and decided to try a little of everything. I ordered the rainbow bowl, 6 peri peri wings (lemon pepper), and a single boneless chicken thigh (mid+ peri peri flavor). Chicken size is on the smaller side for the rainbow bowl, but I'm assuming you will fill up on the rice, tomatoes, and avocado (healthy portion). The chicken wings had now taste or lemon or herb, but I could taste the grill. It took my single boneless thigh 28 minutes to get to the table, they did add a second for my wait. The mid+ flavor was delicious not spicy at all.

Service: Would have been a 1 or 0 if the extra chicken piece wasn't given. I got more vibes that this location cares about to go orders than dine in. I did feel like I could have just walked and grabbed my food at the kitchen how nonchalant everything was.

Atmosphere: The overall ambiance was upbeat with good music. the lights are a little dim.

Four of us ordered our food. Three of us got our food and ate it before the 4th one got hers. Her order was the two 1/4 chicken legs. After waiting for a while I had to find someone to inquire what was taking so long. They told me that it was because they had to put more chicken in the oven. Not sure how you run out of chicken at a chicken restaurant. She eventually got her order and it was fresh at least.

Ridiculous wait times. Went there to pick up an order at 8:45. It was over 20 minutes before anyone came to speak to me. I was told it was 10 minutes to get my order. 10 minutes later I was told it was 10 minutes to get my order. 45 minutes passed before the order bag was brought out. The order wasn’t filled it was just the bag I was supposed to take it out was placed in front of me. Finally I got the order and I could leave. It was an hour wait. Staff was uncommunicative. Do not recommend.
