Nando's PERi-PERi

Four of us ordered our food. Three of us got our food and ate it before the 4th one got hers. Her order was the two 1/4 chicken legs. After waiting for a while I had to find someone to inquire what was taking so long. They told me that it was because they had to put more chicken in the oven. Not sure how you run out of chicken at a chicken restaurant. She eventually got her order and it was fresh at least.

Chicken was great with sauce

Ridiculous wait times. Went there to pick up an order at 8:45. It was over 20 minutes before anyone came to speak to me. I was told it was 10 minutes to get my order. 10 minutes later I was told it was 10 minutes to get my order. 45 minutes passed before the order bag was brought out. The order wasn’t filled it was just the bag I was supposed to take it out was placed in front of me. Finally I got the order and I could leave. It was an hour wait. Staff was uncommunicative. Do not recommend.

Fries took about 30 minutes to come out. Not sure why. The place was pretty empty. The staff seemed at a lost as our fries hadn’t been served for 30 mins.

Beyond crap, we waited over 40 minutes for a pickup order. Asked multiples times how long it would take since we had to be soemwhere, but was repeatedly lied to. If we knew it would take this long, we would have canceled the order. Service also tucked. The staff left our order in the back for over 10 minutes without telling us it was ready, so it was completely cold when we got it. Don't waste your time.

I ordered here today. It tasted pretty good but gave me the runs. I hope they are not being shady to certain types of people or giving out bad food. Never had the runs like this at any other restaurant

Dine in is great I love the Springfield Mall location but don't order takeout. Twice my chicken was so burnt we had to throw it out.

Food is really good but it takes too long. We ordered to go and we waited 10 minutes to place an order and 40 minutes to receive our food. They only give priority to the ones who eat in the restaurant and not to the people who place an order to go. Do not order to go!! Bad service.
