I have been to this restaurant yesterday. The service is horrible. They served tandoori naan in a thin paper plate. The food was not tasty at all. Not worth the money spent on the food. I don’t recommend to anyone. I ordered Tandoori Naan, Butter Roti, Paneer Tikka Masala and Dal Tadka. The food was served very late and the quality was not good. We were two persons for the lunch.

The breakfast was a disaster—halwa mixed with chana, which made no sense, and the food was served in cheap disposable boxes. Who puts gravy-based dishes in flimsy containers like that? It’s clear they’re cutting costs, but they’re also losing customers in the process. Wouldn’t recommend.

I came in Springfield from Maryland for invitation. I was searching some deshi style sweets as a gift. then I found nirala at the Springfield, Brookfield plaza. their food and services are too good and thanks for holding our culture it's very appreciated.

Excellent food. Always a returning customer and they are really nice people who work here including the owner. It’s my second home. Come here regularly for all kind of Desi food but their omelet and roti nashta is the best.
