Absolutely unacceptable.

While I was eating, a spider fell from the ceiling directly into my food.

When I asked for the manager, Gerard Campbell, he became angry and said the situation was “out of his control.” He did not remove the contaminated food and then told me that he did not need my business and that I was not welcome and should not return to the restaurant.

When I began recording and asked him to repeat what he said, he walked away.

Then — unbelievably — I was presented with my bill.
After a spider fell into my food.
After being told to leave.

I had to ask again through the server for a manager.

No apology. No professionalism. No basic food-safety response.

As a customer who was casually dressed, I could not help but feel that I was met with unwarranted hostility and disrespect while raising a legitimate safety concern. At a minimum, the response was dismissive and demeaning, and it left me questioning whether I was treated differently than other guests would have been.

This was not just a sanitation failure — it was hostile, dismissive, and humiliating treatment of a customer reporting a serious issue.

Corporate leadership and the Health Department have been notified.

I would strongly caution anyone considering dining here.

Person who ate the food said that her food was ok.
I went to pick it up and the parking sucked.
I made a mistake on where to pick the food up at (first time at this location), and the waiter had an attitude when he was telling me where to get the food from.
Won't be eating here myself.

Annie is an awesome host. Great customer service so attentive and the only reason I am coming back. Beers were served to perfection

Server was fabulous and I had the lunch special, baked potato with sour cream and cheese and coconut fried shrimp. Sounds delicious meal. And a Coke Zero to drink. It was really quiet in here for lunch but hopefully it will pick up once the government opens up again

We were there for lunch, soup and salad. We were there almost 3 hours. Partner got their soup and salad after a 45 minute wait . They were almost done eating before I got my salad and it was another 30 minutes before I got my soup. Never again! There was a total of five tables with customers in the whole place. There was no excuse for such a wait and not even a Reason or apology

Food was horrible, steak was chewy and undercooked, and shrimp over cooked, and service was way below average, we were still in the middle of eating our apps, and our server brought our entrees. I don't think I will be coming back to this location again!!!

Rating curbside service/food-
The young man who took our order and brought it outside to our car was named Stephen. Very professional he’s definitely an asset to your restaurant, our order was correct, the food preparation was exactly how we requested along with the time frame when we received our food. Overall service/ food was EXCELLENT !!

Outback Steakhouse — A Juicy Little Lunch Adventure 🍽️

Last week, one of my friends came over to visit, and we thought ,instead of cooking at home, why not try somewhere new for lunch? So, we ended up at Outback Steakhouse, and honestly, what a great decision that was!

There were three of us -me, my husband, and my friend — and each of us ordered a different steak. I can’t remember the exact names of the dishes anymore (classic me 😅), but every single plate that came to the table was amazing.

The steaks were juicy, flavorful, and had that perfect smoky, slightly charred edge that makes you close your eyes after the first bite. The sides were simple but went so well — soft mashed potatoes, buttery veggies, and that little burst of seasoning in every forkful.

What I loved most was that each dish had its own character. One was perfectly tender and melt-in-your-mouth, another had a rich garlicky butter flavor, and the third one came with a slightly tangy sauce that balanced the whole plate.

The restaurant had that cozy, warm vibe — perfect for catching up with friends over good food and laughter.

So yes, even though I can’t recall the exact names of what we ordered, I definitely remember how amazing everything tasted. Sometimes, the best food experiences are the ones that don’t need fancy descriptions — just that one simple thought: “I’d come back here again!” ❤️
