We visited an hour before closing. Despite the late hour, the staff was polite and the manager was kind. The food was tasty, the atmosphere was family-friendly, and the service was excellent. Unfortunately, the leftovers did not keep well.

The person who brought me my food curbside was excellent! Out of all the Outback’s (and I’ve been to every single one in Northern VA) Outback on Backlick in Springfield was the best customer service - 3 out of 3 times!!

It was my first Outback, and it was super good. I was scared to order a piece of meat because I was thinking of poor quality and I was wrong!
The meat was delicious, cooked exactly like I asked for. Generous portion. Price more than reasonable. My wife burger a d entree was also very good.
Our waiter was very kind and professional.
