Placed an online order for pick up at 2pm. I got there late to make sure I can just grab and go since I’m on a limited break time. Not only was the order not ready, they told me they were working on it as soon as I asked. I kindly said “take your time” and began to regret it as I watched that they never worked on it. I had to kindly remind the cashier that my order was due at 2pm, he rushed it and gave me the order. However the order was wrong, he asked me if I wanted White Rice instead of Fried, I said stick to Fried Rice and he gave me White Rice anyways.
I think it’s worth driving the extra 5 minutes to another location in Kingstowne since they’re gonna take an extra 30 minutes anyways to do an online order that was supposed to be ready

I got the shrimp and streak rice bowl and as i’m watching the panda express employee put the steak and shrimp on my bowl I’m literally watching him and her and put nothing on the more. I’m already paying extra for the steak and shrimp… but at that point i was paying extra for nothing he literally scooped the air not once but 3 timesssss i was patient and kind i didn’t even immediately ask for him to put more i sat and watched hoping he noticed his mistake… then he was moved me on i asked if i could have a little bit more and they charged me extra 2 times !!!!! i’m not mad i’m honestly sad bc this out and awful taste in my mouth on how panda express workers take pride and their work … next time ask yourself would you be happy if you opened your bowl and saw one shrimp and 2 pieces of steak PLEASE DO BETTER -

Went in the grab lunch. I ordered a bigger plate which includes 3 entrées and one side. I was able to (for my side) do a half and half lo mein and fried rice. For the entrées I did: 1. Orange Chicken 2. Walnut Shrimp 3. Sesame Chicken with yellow peppers and green beans. Towards the end of checkout I was given a sample of one of their new refresher drinks. It was tasty but I already had my Coconut La Croix in the car. I ended with grabbing a 2 peice spring roll. Check out was a breeze, as soon as I walked in the flow of getting my order was perfect. On the as home my fiancé decided to try the spring rolls. He was super happy with the freshness of the rolls which we topped with their signature sweet and sour sauce it was a dream for me as well. I did find it odd they don't have duck sauce but honestly it wasn't a big or little deal at all. Just something I inquired about and noted. The food was fresh and the two ladies who served me were professional and friendly. Will be coming back Ordered at : 2:14pm at 5/14

Showed up at 10pm and they closed down 80% of the food saying “we’ve already started cleaning” the store closes at 10:30 which doesn’t make any sense. Not happy at all
