Came in to get sweet treats for me and my family and the service was very nice! Employee Jolina was very helpful and was kind throughout my whole order. I've also heard that an Employee named Isabelle was both very friendly and informative when helping my parents through the cake ordering process!

A relatively new place. Seems quite busy this holiday afternoon. Seating g is limited to 1.5 hours. We were a party of two and had a cheese pastry and pastry frank. Description in photos.

Nice and cozy place to enjoy your cup of coffee, etc, and sweet tooth cravings. A plus is that it opens early and closes late.

I love the set up of being able to pick out my own pastries and then just bringing my tray up to the front to check out. I don’t feel nearly as self conscious buying as much as I do that way. I haven’t been disappointed by a pastry yet. They have some that seem to be pretty consistent but they also have a good amount of variety that rotates through. The prices per pastry are a bit on the high side but if you only have one or two, it’s not bad.
We always pick up a baguette for my husband as well. We’ve done taste tests and this is his favorite.
The egg salad sandwich was good but way too messy for me to ever buy again. I expect a sandwich to be something I can eat on the go - not require utensils.
On occasion, I will pick up a ham or turkey sandwich on baguette which reminds me of the ones you get in France.
The cakes, though, are very overpriced and not worth it. Yes, they’re pretty and they taste good but not at that price point.
I’ve only ever had the iced chai latte with vanilla added and I’m so sad that it’s not consistent each time. It varies greatly depending on who is making it. Sometimes it is phenomenal and makes me want to go back the next day and sometimes I hate that I wasted money on it.
Service is mediocre. There hasn’t been a time that I’ve been there that anyone working has been friendly or interactive. They do keep the place clean and check people out in a timely manner so that’s something.

I discovered PB in early December, and since then have spent almost $350 across several visits. 12 visits to be exact across 5 weeks. I think that’s pretty consistent.
I like their pastries, which are very similar to Tous Le Jours. I’ve been going to get caramel macchiato’s quite often, which leads me to buy $20 in almost every visit. Very hard to not buy anything else!
All visits but one have been good.

My drink wasn’t placed correctly, and I was disappointed that the employee didn’t take the time to properly fix it when I told her (I read the label on the cup and noticed it was wrong). What would have cost maybe 3 minutes to make the correct drinks, she tried the bandaid method of adding an additional ingredient to the already made drinks. It does not taste the same at all. And while all other costs were good, I’d still give them a solid 4*’s. I’m less inclined to come back though.
It sounds rough over one instance, but I drive 45 minutes RT to enjoy their drinks. It is disappointing that it could have easily been fixed had the employee just spent 3 minutes.

What a darling bakery this is; I love the clean/neat aesthetics (even with local art) The staff was extremely helpful when I asked them to explain
some of the pastries and they were even more helpful when I gave them a description of what I was looking for; their choices were right on target. I particularly liked the wide variety and didn’t find anything that was too sweet or artificial tasting. Springfield really needed a place like this; I am enjoying meeting friends for coffee because I can always depend on an excellent experience each and every time. Great job!

I bought a holdliday cake and asked for plates on Christmas Day and they said no. If you eat a piece of cake there, you give a disposable plate and a fork and knife but you paid for 60 dollar cake, you can't provide a few disposable plates?! Btw it's on the Christmas. Can you be more generous?

Very disappointed that this is the second time I’ve been served warm coffee. They need to do a better job with coffee quality.

I am a regular customer who patronized them ever since they opened their shop. However, I would be very cautious to go back to this shop as the woman owner who franchised this Paris Baguette has her father or uncle walking around the pastry area staring at customers. It is VERY CREEPY. If they are scared that people might do bad things in their establishment, they do have enough security cameras to vouch for that. Also, don't expect them to be nice to you as her attitude completely changes when she realized we wanted to redeem some of a very hard earned points from their reward for a piece of pastry. Had to ask for bags. For a $5+ piece of pastry, they should be nicer regular customers especially in this current economic uncertainty.

Pastries were great but the meat pastries definitely could have been baked longer. Otherwise great fruit pastries. Super clean atmosphere and quick friendly service! Also cute additions to the cakes for the holidays :)

I recently visited Paris Baguette Bakery Café for the first time and ordered a cappuccino. Unfortunately, the drink was lukewarm rather than properly hot, and the coffee flavor was very weak, with the beverage tasting mostly of milk. This was disappointing, as when ordering a hot coffee, one reasonably expects both adequate temperature and a distinct coffee taste.
During my visit, I also observed that there were only two staff members working, who were simultaneously taking orders and preparing drinks. This may indicate that additional staffing support is needed to ensure that beverages are not only delivered promptly but also prepared with the expected level of quality and consistency.
That said, I believe in second chances, so I plan to return and give it another try. The place itself is nice, with lovely decor. Although I went around 4:30, the display cases were already quite empty, but the pastries and posters that were still there looked delicious.

I was in with my family for the cake day. The Asian lady with long hair has very bad attitude when serving me. I ordered the cake and realized my husband has the wallet and he was using the bathroom. Instead of packing my cake while waiting , the lady call out for the next while I am still in front of counter. Very impatient and unprofessional in customer service. After we paid and got my cake I ask for another box for the cake we purchased earlier but couldn’t finish. The same lady was angry and asking where is the cake and there is a box on the table. Since when the customer had to explain the cake is on the table and I had a cake in the box and need another box for the unfinished cake. Very bad experience in this location. Had to mention the other young lady served me for the first round of cakes are nice and friendly

We’ve had a few visits and the food has been exceptional. Wife decided to get the a cake for my sons birthday. Chocoholic Chiffon Cake does not live up to its name and should be avoided for all special occasions. Luckily I snagged a back up Wegemans chocolate cake which was a hit as always. The picture is what is left a week after the birthday which is very telling in my house. It’s probably going in the trash tonight.

Been to a few Paris Baguettes and the pastries here are reliably better. They seem to be made with that extra bit of care.
