Pho Golden 5 Stars Springfield

I think it is a forgettable place for me. It's not likely a place that pops up if I want to get some pho. The pho is just okay. Broth, it's not too salty and not too light either. Have a lemon flavor to it. I went here because I saw it on facebook. But I have been to this restaurant before and I think it is new ownership now.

I'm so irritated that im writing this review while I'm still in here. If you're a woman, they're going to purposely give you less than the men. One of the waitresses confirmed that. I asked for the regular amount. They served me a large bowl with small portions. I ordered three different meats and barely got any at all. 1 meat I ordered was missing, so they gave me the mean on the side, and it was only two slivers of it. The highlight of this place is the broth and the prices. But even the broth was mediocre. That's it.

I'm convinced that people said this food was amazing. I don't know what good Vietnamese food is supposed to taste like.

I recently have work in Springfield and went ate there at lunch. First time I paid cash and there was change of 8 cents, the waitress ignored it and didn't gave me change back. Second time is 79 cents change, she again ignored me and went about her work. It's outright stealing and disgusting, to me it's not much but that is not how you run your business. No matter how good your food and services, when you steal from your customer, you will lose that customer. I will never be back

Food is not that good as golden cow in fall church. Much expensive compare to any pho restaurant around. Using Fake Sriracha that taste awful . Not recommended.

This is a family favorite of ours when craving authentic Vietnamese food. We've only ever ordered to go, so I can't speak to the wait staff service or dine-in atmosphere/ambiance. The food is always immaculately packed and piping hot when we receive it. Favorites of ours are, of course, the Pho, which is delicious and generously portioned. The chicken vermicelli and my little loves the grilled chicken and spring rolls.

Took 45 minutes to get my food and they didn’t even say sorry when we asked them after 30 minutes where weren’t they serving us.

The Star here is the flavor! I’m a big fan of Pho soup and this this place did not disappoint! It was my first visit and it certainly won’t be my last. Everyone was friendly, and I was comfortable eating there.

Parking: The parking lot was kind of crowded, though I parked right away.

I used to go to this place when it was under the old name. With new management and name I wanted to gave it a try. Here are my thought.

I order spicy beef soup which most soup not a lot noodle. Also when I ate the meat its taste like soap:(

There was a promotion which was I thought including a chance to spin the wheel. I wasn’t inform how that work I saw something 50 dollars I wasn’t sure if we had to spend 50 for a chance to spin the wheel. Overall my experience wasn’t so so bad but I wouldn’t come back. Again this only my thought and experience. Other might have different view.
