&pizza - Springfield

Ordered online. Was told that I cancelled my order which wasn’t the case. Very unprofessional.

OUT OF DOUGH?!?!
This has happened to me twice recently where I placed an order and then were told they were out of dough and I'd get a refund. The first time, I was ordering in store at the kiosk and it appears they were able to refund on the spot (I can't find the charge in my bank records). The second time I ordered on the app, arrived in the store and was told they couldn't refund on the spot because I used the app. The kid took my name and number and said his manager would need to refund it. I haven't gotten a refund. There's something wrong with this place. I've only seen two people working there and no managers. There was a dude ordering at the kiosk while they were out of dough and they didn't make any effort to tell him. I told him. Never ordering from here again and I expect to see this on some news report any day now about some embezzlement scheme.

Ordered ahead late at night for 3 pizzas. When I got there the employee said they ran out of dough and could not complete my order. He said he voided my transaction and should be charged. Well I was and there is no way to get in contact with this store directly so I submitted a review online like they said to do. I got an apology email but no mention of a refund. It’s been about a week and still no word on getting my order refunded.

Horrible service and food is very salty. No one should visit this place

Best gluten free pizza.

I love &pizza but this location is absolutely terrible. Multiple times they haven’t made a regular cheese pizza correctly. When ordering online the cheese is described as shredded mozzarella cheese not the fresh mozzarella cheese. I also add extra shredded mozzarella and this is not it at all. The employees always have an attitude as well when you approach them about an order.

My pizzas were done correctly and right on time.

After a long day of flight delays we arrived at our hotel and were in search of somewhere that was open to eat. We found &Pizza and were pleasantly surprised. Everything was fresh and the service was spectacular. Dez and Jaz were so friendly and helpful. Great employees with a wonderful attitude and customer service!

food not bad the but the staff is the worst , impolite and mixing up orders - don’t order more than 2 pizzas unless you want to wait a long time

I used to be a HUGE fan of this pizza place, but now.. explanation for 3/5 stars: as per the latest trends I have noticed, I am disappointed in how this place has changed. The prices have gone up slightly which would be fine if you were still getting the same amount of pizza. The problem: the pizzas have gotten smaller, the toppings and cheese have gotten less, and you will be getting mostly crust. It used to be worth it, but now, its like a crust with some toppings. I would recommend this place in the past, but I can't justify it anymore.

I sat down waited a whole for my pizza, turns out they gave it to someone else. Wasted my time, no apology just a line of people looking at me so i walked out

I went today to taste the pizzas, the people who serve the line are super friendly, except for a boy named Felix, who is very bold and rude to the customers. Two people before it was my turn spoke to him in a very bad way. They should evaluate their employees because it makes the place look bad, I had a tantrum before eating because of this boy.

AVOID THIS RESTAURANT! I was first time orderer tonight. You cannot call into the store; no human connection at all. I ordered online and it was supposed to be delivered via Uber. Jordan was the deliverer. I get notification it was delivered, but it wasn't! It wasn't brought into the apartment building (checked with security man), it wasn't brought to my apartment. It wasn't brought anywhere. Jordan doesn't answer his phone at all. Jordan doesn't answer his text. You cannot connect with the store or any human. So, I am out a pizza I paid for. There are many different pizza places out there. Use one where you have humans you can speak to, and a place where the deliverers are competent. This is not the store! AVOID!
