&pizza - Springfield

Came on a week day, they are slow and you walk in no employee greets you or asks if your their to pick up an order or dine in. Had us standing wait for like 10 minutes while they talked amounst themselves. Terrible service and music is extremely loud almost as if they don’t want people there. Finally ordered on the screen and took forever for them to start the order. They kept showing each other stuff on their phone. If you want pizza please order way ahead.

I walked in with my picky 5 year old and Wilfredo was the first to greet us and was very patient when my 5 year old was indecisive about what she wanted. Wilfredo was really friendly and happy. My child walked out with a big smile :)

This pizza allows so many combinations of toppings, finishes, and drizzles and it really doesn't take long to get your custom pie. The ingredients are so fresh and delicious that the price is worth it. There is ample seating because they have tables in the mall adjacent to the entrance of the restaurant. They also have an outside entrance to allow you to enter after mall hours.

&Pizza customer service number is a robot so expect to get zero/terrible service. They deliver via Door Dash, so if your order is wrong, you have no recourse… &WrongOrder

I did the $40 pass that they have going on this month and each time I’ve ordered a pizza, it has been ready and in the warmer when I got there. They are so fast and the pizza is quite good. The Maverick is my favorite so far. I’ve been to 3 different locations and it is definitely catered to pickup(and very good at it). Friendly, fast, and very clean spaces.

Service was shitty and they obviously put whatever they want on your own pizza without looking at what you actually wanted on your pizza.

Ordered online. Was told that I cancelled my order which wasn’t the case. Very unprofessional.

OUT OF DOUGH?!?!
This has happened to me twice recently where I placed an order and then were told they were out of dough and I'd get a refund. The first time, I was ordering in store at the kiosk and it appears they were able to refund on the spot (I can't find the charge in my bank records). The second time I ordered on the app, arrived in the store and was told they couldn't refund on the spot because I used the app. The kid took my name and number and said his manager would need to refund it. I haven't gotten a refund. There's something wrong with this place. I've only seen two people working there and no managers. There was a dude ordering at the kiosk while they were out of dough and they didn't make any effort to tell him. I told him. Never ordering from here again and I expect to see this on some news report any day now about some embezzlement scheme.

Ordered ahead late at night for 3 pizzas. When I got there the employee said they ran out of dough and could not complete my order. He said he voided my transaction and should be charged. Well I was and there is no way to get in contact with this store directly so I submitted a review online like they said to do. I got an apology email but no mention of a refund. It’s been about a week and still no word on getting my order refunded.

Horrible service and food is very salty. No one should visit this place
