This location is annoying… Walking in with NO guidance. First, it’s NOT located in the food court where the rest of the food is. It’s located towards the restaurants in front of the mall. Do not go into the mall if you just want the pizza. Overall I left extremely annoyed after hiking the mall for 30 minutes looking for this location, calling to find out they don’t have a phone and the text number “apologies” for not knowing the location. This location traumatized me, I can’t go back!!!Oh, the staff was cool!I’m just pissed nobody could give me the location

Never order online from this location they are incapable of following simple directions and even putting the right toppings on the pizzas. In my most recent order they did not give me half the toppings i had ordered and even gave me the wrong sauce. If ever ordering from here do it in person as online they are unreliable and will run u for ur money

This is pizza in the way that experimental EDM is Music, parts of it work other parts are sort of a feeble gesture in the direction of substance. There’s potential here just be ready to catch all your toppings.

Restaurant space itself is a little cramped, but there is ample seating outside and inside of the mall. Pizza can be ordered off of the menu or completely customized, giving everything a chance to get what they want. They also offer gluten-free crusts.

I established a new account with &Pizza to make an order for pickup. Built an order with several pizzas and appetizers, and submitted it. During the ordering process, there were no warnings or alerts about the selected store for pickup.After the order was submitted, I immediately realized that it was to the wrong store in a completely different state. No problem, I should be able to immediately cancel, right? WRONG.First, there is no phone number to call, either for the particular store itself or for overall customer support.Second of all, there is no way to cancel the online order through the website! Just options to view previous orders or check the status of an existing order. Even immediately after submitting the order, the website has no ability to cancel.The only customer support available is by texting an automated number that just gives generic responses. Then they will take up to 24 hours to get back to you.Absolutely terrible, poorly structured ordering system and customer service options. This was going to be the first order for my wife and me to try &Pizza. Now, they have lost us as future customers, and we'll make sure to warn others to avoid this restaurant chain in the future.

Although the ordering issue was partially my fault, the website could have had better alerts about the selected pickup store for the order *especially for brand new customers).
