Vegetarian options: My sausage pizza might as well have been a vegetarian dish since all the meat was off the pizza. Not sure what else there is to that.
At this point, if you want pizza, go to an actual pizzeria because your pizza comes looking like the monstrosity mine did.

Got my order wrong on both wings, weren’t mild buffalo. To top that, there’s hair strains in my pizza ? please make your workers wear hat nets and double check orders.

Ordered 2 pizzas and breadsticks. How hard could that be to cook. Pizza came virtually uncut and hard like cardboard and COLD. Breadsticks were uncut as well and also hard , and COLD. I MADE THIS ORDER FROM MY HOTEL (BEST WESTERN) literally less than a half mile from pizza location. How could the pizza be cold ? You guys dropped the ball big time. And should be ashamed of yourselves. The reviews that were horrible seems like they were true. PIZZA HUT PLEASE DO BETTER AND BUT A PIZZA CUTTER THAT ACTUALLY CUTS.

I placed an order and received the wrong pizza. I was put on hold for over 17 minutes until someone on their end hung. Subsequently, every time I called and explained my situation I was placed on hold and they would hang. This is completely irresponsible and unprofessional and I will make sure to go out of my way to NOT order from here. EFF this location!

I ordered pizza. I paid for pizza. I got pizza. Maybe it wasn't the kind of life-altering experience that marketing/pr departments love to gush about, but that's not what I'm looking for when all I want is pizza.

Yesterday my husband ordered 2 large pizzas at this location and they sent one of them wrong (this is not the first time this has happened to us with Pizza Hut), so he called and explain that one of the pizzas was not the correct, because this time we were not willing to eat the pizza they sent, so they told him that the correct pizza would arrive in 30 minutes, we have waited about 40 minutes and the pizza never arrived, my husband had to go to the location and when he arrived they told him that the pizza was ready, but that there were no drivers available to deliver it, tha's why the pizza never arrived, but the pizza was ready like 15 minutes ago and obviously it was not hot anymore, We have paid about $60 at Pizza Hut, and what we got was that they sent the wrong pizza, they made us wait more than an hour to have dinner, They made us have to drive to the store to pick up the correct pizza, and They made us finally eat cold pizzas, not to mention how upset we were by the terrible service, all of that we got for $62, it is unacceptable, and now when reading all these reviews I realize that we should think twice before ordering at Pizza Hut , if you want to throw your money in the trash, spend a horrible moment and have a disappointing dinner, I recommend Pizza Hut for sure.I would give it a zero if I could.
