Pollo Campero Springfield

I bought a cookie from Camaro, and it was a total waste of money. It was so hard it felt like it had been sitting there for a week, completely stale and inedible. I ended up throwing it away, and my mom was screaming at me for wasting my money. Definitely not worth it—Camaro needs to start replacing their baked goods instead of leaving them out for who knows how long.

Love Pollo Campero! The only downside to this location was when we ordered our two-piece chicken meals, they said it was going to take 40 minutes because they had to make more chicken! It only ended up taking 10-15 minutes, so that was nice, but shouldn’t a chicken restaurant have chicken ready all the time? Super yummy though! Love the plantains 😋

My reason why I give this place a 1 star is that when I and my family came here today we HAD to wait almost 40 minutes for my food to get to my table when dining it, another thing is, I suddenly saw a small string on my chicken ( it was a breast) when I was eating it, also the chicken looked like it was burned and over-cooked, But one thing I'll give to yall is the inside of the chicken it was juicy and that all I'm gonna say. Also I saw another thing, A grandma and her son I suppose was also waiting for their food to come and it took more than 20 mins to come AS WELL!, plus they even promised us it'll only take " 10 minutes to 5 minutes" BUT NO THEY WERE WRONG, We got there at 5:30, then we ordered at 5:36 then they told us it'll only take up to 10 mins but no it took from 5:36 PM to 6:03 pm so almost to 40 mins man Horrible, as well as for the chicken I'll HONESTLY TAKE giants chicken over this shit (my bad), It tasted Pre-made a WEEK ago as well as for the fries it tasted old and cold at the same time. JUST CAUSE THEY HEAT IT UP AGAIN It doesn't help the taste any better man AWFUL. My opinion KFC,POPEYES, AND JOLLIBEE IS WAYYYYY BETTER AND JUCIER, do better campero PLEASE ?.

I went to buy free-range chicken in Springfield and everything was fine but when we got home the chicken came out raw, bad service?

The fried chicken is so delicious.

The flavor is quite good. I visited on a Monday and they had specials on empanadas.The empanadas were delicious.It was the first time I visited them, I think the cashier should make recommendations since I wasn't quite sure what to order even though the menu is not very extensive.

I went to buy a 12 piece combo to go.
The attention and waiting were good.
But do you know what the problem was???
When I got to work and we started eating it, several pieces of chicken stunk!! And they tasted rotten!!!
Obviously we didn't eat them!
But how is it possible that they sell people food in a state of decomposition!!!
Because I left work late I didn't go to return it, but I will go tomorrow! And I will bring you your rotten chicken?
Let's see if they can eat it

The food is delicious because I went there with my older brother on Wednesday April 24th, 2024 to eat our dinner and we decided to buy it for my parents and my younger brother, the service is great because the employees are very nice, and this restaurant is best!!!!

We came for a dinner meal and it was excellent. The food was delicious. The chicken was crunchy and juicy. The yuca was well cooked. The plátanos were very sweet. The French fries were warm and we enjoyed them a lot. The atmosphere of the restaurant was very good too. We enjoyed horchata drinks and the whole experience was excellent. 10/10. Would definitely recommend.

As always, I buy chicken anywhere, but on Saturday I went and used my app to earn points. I spent more than $60 and those women didn't put sauce on the yucca and they didn't put the bread or tortillas on me until my husband went to ask for it. . And they also lied to me when I scanned for my points. They did nothing. They don't know what they are doing. bad service
