Potbelly Sandwich Shop

I ordered delivery on January 10th, but my order arrived with errors. I called immediately, and the manager on duty acknowledged the mistake and offered a refund for the incorrect sandwich.

Eighteen days and five follow-up calls later, I still have not received my money. During my most recent call, the manager refused to help because the store was nearing closing time. She informed me that the only way to get my refund was to drive to the store—in the middle of a snowstorm—to collect it in cash.

This level of service is unacceptable. I shouldn't have to risk my safety or spend three weeks chasing a refund for a mistake the store admitted to making.

Worst experience we’ve ever had at this Potbelly today. The worker didn’t know how to ring people up. She tried charging us $59 for 4 $8 skinny combos and an original Italian (which they mistakenly made a skinny but charged us for an original). Then she told us they wouldn’t honor the kids eat free on the weekends because it was only good for after 3pm on saturdays (even though it says after 3 on fridays and all day Sat/Sun. Afterward we tried using our app to purchase 3 cookies and she said we can only use 1 each visit, even though we scanned the app and it took off 3 cookies’ worth of points. she clearly didn’t know what she was doing, insomuch that the people behind me ordered 2 sandwiches and a kids meal and she charged them $42😳 Won’t be returning ever to this one.

Uncooked bacon and the toilet in the mens room is not bolted to the floor. Kids do not eat free on weekends as advertised.

Zero stars, definitely not up to the Potbelly brand here..will short your order, and be mad at you for interrupting their conversation because you want to buy something

Sandwiches are good, but service terrible, went here and it wasnt busy and waited like 10 minutes, employees were behind the counter didnt even noticed me, waited in line nobody said a thing, I left and another costumer came in, I dont know if they were taken care of.. same thing happended on the fairfax location. I hope they do something with the springfield location.

The to go online ordering is horrible. Missing half my ingredients. Never again

The need to fire the workers. Dropped by here on Friday night at 8:56 to order, one was hanging out with friends while they ate and the other 2 workers had the doors locked and were cleaning tables and shutting down an hour early. My son knocked several times and they purposely avoided eye contact and laughed. Chairs started getting stuck on tables as we drove away.

Clearly they have plans tonight and making you money isn’t one of them!

Everything was solid. It's a good but not fantastic sandwich at a decent price with good and friendly service. Probably not something id go out of my way for but if I'm in the area I would be more than happy to drop by.

Decent food overall. Got a sandwich. Multiple chunks of meat that were not chewable/edible. Decent amount of toppings. But didn’t feel like much food. Great customer service though.

Normally it’s all good here with as busy as Springfield is and competition but there were just kids working with the manager walking around and being pretty slow reacting I felt for the guy taking orders he didn’t know how to do a PB and J sandwich. I asked for a kids Mc and cheese and ended up waiting over 5 m only for another person to get it. It wasn’t until I had to grab the managers attention again that he asked what happened and I got it again,
