When I was hosting friends from out-of-state and wanted to impress them with a delicious array of food, I called Rawr. The sushi platters were a hit (fantastic 4 and out rawr) and so was everything else: gyoza, spicy miso Ramen, chicken teriyaki Don, pork katsu curry, and miso soup. Our friends loved it, and I was so thankful to Rawr for delivering an absolutely outstanding and impressive spread. Rawr is the best!

Only four tables but the chicken katsu curry I've been craving really hit the spot! Very thick brown curry, lots of flavor, very crispy chicken.I even got an ebi cucumber roll that was pretty good too.Vegetarian options: 5 different veggie options.

Only visited once so far but will update as needed. Great food and service. Small restaurant makes for a quaint, cozy, and possibly rustic(?) experience in contrast to larger sushi joints. Ordering for takeout was simple and easy, and the staff were friendly and helpful. The wait for the order to be prepared was quicker than the estimate, about 5 min for two orders of rolls and ramen. Food was delicious.Note, if ordering from a 3rd party app even for pickup (I e. GrubHub), the prices are slightly higher, probably to cover Grubhub's fee so going to the restaurant to order or calling directly is cheapest. Looking at the prices, they're pretty good and the lunch specials seem like a good value. Would come back.

Prices are very reasonable. Good quality of food and amazing service. I'm a Japanese who loves sushi and ramen. Most of sushi places are overpriced with an ok quality in my opinion. The quality of RAWR Sushi is so much better than fancier sushi places. I highly recommend RAWR sushi!!!

The sushi here is excellent. I wish the prices were a touch lower (the party tray used to be $40 only a couple years ago, not $50), not everything needs to go up 25% in price. But I was still very happy with the sushi platter. The Ramen was just meh. I probably won't get the Tonkatsu Ramen again. But I will definitely be back for another sushi platter! Best around for pure sushi and nigiri!
