Robeks Fresh Juices & Smoothies

When a customer is calling several times to get assistance, you should answer the phone.
Especially because part of my order was missing and for the amount I paid. Lost a customer with the lack of effort and lack of customer service.

Overpriced . Ridiculous overpriced.
Robeks increased their prices 100%.
2 smoothies and 2 small bowls of smoothie with 4 banana's slices and a very tiny scoop of peanut butter all for $50.
I used to get the same products last year for $25. I could have 2 fajitas en Guapos for the same amount or buy ingredients to make smoothies for a whole week lol.

I accidentally ordered pickup on Grubhub instead of delivery, and when I called, this location was extremely prompt and friendly and offered me a refund even though the order was through a third party. Robeks Springfield you will always be famous!!!!!!

I've come here many times and the only time my smoothie tastes good is when the manager is there. When he's not there, there's a woman who makes it, and it tastes like it's missing an ingredient, or they aren't measuring the ingredients properly because it tastes bland, like they are using half the amount of ingredients. It is a watered down smoothie and nothing like it is supposed to be. I don't even know if there's protein in it. I'm so disappointed because I leave tips and expect consistency but I am not getting that. I wish the workers would refer to the manual of measurements, wherever that is. If it happens a third time I will be returning with said smoothie and requesting to see the book of measurements so I can observe them doing their job properly.

Ordered from this location but went to wrong location, tried calling immediately to cancel my order and nobody ever picked up!
I finally went to the location to speak to the manager who said they'd refund me and 2 weeks later still no refund. They NEVER pick up the phone, and still won't pick up the phone. I just want my refund because I never picked up my order.

Ordered the Strawnana Berry Smoothie and the Passion fruit Cove Smoothie both are delicious and not too sweet like other places around here. Just super refreshing!! Service was very polite and quick. Super recommended it ?

Employees do not seem to know much about the rewards in app for the robeks app. I had a free small smoothie to redeem. It seems that performance smoothies are not offered in small, super weird.Update: customer service did clarify why a small was not offered. Although I will leave the service at 4 stars, hoping for a better service in store :)

The best Açaí Strawberry Bowl Ever. & if it’s not the freshness that will win you over for surely the customer service will! Young Guy behind the counter was amazing today. I’ll return, maybe tmrw.

Excited they put a robeks here. All the other smoothie places are not as good as robeks. I went today and got a hummingbird smoothie, excellent. I got an egg and avocado toast and it was excellent. A little expensive but great quality.

Came In for the first time ever. Orders açaí strawberry bowl and avacado and eggs toast which when I got the order I didn’t realize it was made with bacon and I’m vegetarian. However I let the two ladies know I’m vegetarian and instead of her remaking my order to correction and or refunding me she kept insisting the bacon wasn’t real and either way I was uncomfortable with eating bacon. I’ve been vegetarian for 10 years so I winded up throwing away the food right at the front counter and walking out. Very upset and will be the last time I visit old Keene mill location unless I can get my money back bc that order was 26 dollars and I only eat the açaí bowl
