Employees do not seem to know much about the rewards in app for the robeks app. I had a free small smoothie to redeem. It seems that performance smoothies are not offered in small, super weird.Update: customer service did clarify why a small was not offered. Although I will leave the service at 4 stars, hoping for a better service in store :)

The best Açaí Strawberry Bowl Ever. & if it’s not the freshness that will win you over for surely the customer service will! Young Guy behind the counter was amazing today. I’ll return, maybe tmrw.
Excited they put a robeks here. All the other smoothie places are not as good as robeks. I went today and got a hummingbird smoothie, excellent. I got an egg and avocado toast and it was excellent. A little expensive but great quality.

Came In for the first time ever. Orders açaí strawberry bowl and avacado and eggs toast which when I got the order I didn’t realize it was made with bacon and I’m vegetarian. However I let the two ladies know I’m vegetarian and instead of her remaking my order to correction and or refunding me she kept insisting the bacon wasn’t real and either way I was uncomfortable with eating bacon. I’ve been vegetarian for 10 years so I winded up throwing away the food right at the front counter and walking out. Very upset and will be the last time I visit old Keene mill location unless I can get my money back bc that order was 26 dollars and I only eat the açaí bowl

My new favorite lunch. Healthy clean food and quick service. I use the app and a healthy lunch is ready for me when I arrive. The staff is always friendly, helpful and professional. The avocado toast with egg is awesome, and the Hero's Garden makes me feel better.

Edit to respond to Irene C: Thank you for your prompt response and looking into the matter. I don't need to be contacted by the franchisee. Just basic ops management observation here. The two kids behind the counter were working very hard, but the amount of online + in-person orders seemed overwhelming. One kid was making food while the other juggled with making smoothies and the cash register. There was only one lady ahead of me, and she was still waiting when I left. Poor kids working behind the counter. Waited 15 mins for a smoothie. HIRE MORE PEOPLE!!!!!!Good smoothies but not worth the wait.

My kids and I were very excited that a Robeks opened up near our home in Springfield Va! These are by far our favorite smoothies, and now they are down the street instead of having to drive to Alexandria...the smoothies taste great, the location is new, so still very clean...BUT the service is lacking here. We've been 3 times now, and the music is SO LOUD in this tiny location, that you have to yell your order to the staff a few times before they can hear you. Both of my kids (who usually love ordering for themselves) find this very intimidating. Also, we are always the only customers there (there are usually atleast 4 staff members, so we are outnumbered) and they will often ignore us for a few minutes before helping us, then will chat with eachother a bit before starting to make our smoothies. They aren't outwardly mean or anything, but the non-urgency while we wait is really off-putting.

acai bowl has a consistency of a smoothie with not a lot of fruit for 13 bucks . I like their smoothies but for acai bowls playa bowl is the gold standard around here.

Finally, a place nearby with real açaí bowls! The açaí is fresh blended, not scooped, so expect the consistency of a stiff smoothie, not sorbet. It was delicious... some places "water down" the açaí with apple juice and it doesn't taste the same... not here. Everything was perfectly fresh, as good as it gets. I will be back.
