Rolling Cooking

My go to place for some good ol fashion chinese without having to go inside the beltway. At first glance the place doesn't really look to appealing, which is why the 4 star, but the food here is up to par. The kids usually get the general tsaos and I go for the dry beef chow foon. They also do dim sum dishes also.

This has got to be the best Chinese food in town. I know that is a bold statement, however they always go above and beyond. The restaurant especially if you dine in is a treat for sure they have a very warm family feel in the restaurant. They have so many different options whether it's soup or chicken or duck or doc they will have something for everyone. If you go you must try the salon for beef soup it is the best starter. In terms of good Chinese, this area is lacking. But in the giant haystack of restaurants, this little needle is quietly nestled in a shopping center on rolling road. I live in Lorton which is outside their normal delivery area, but they always deliver if I promise a few extra bucks for the driver. Our favs are the staples: genral tsao , fried rice, Lo mein, sautéed veggies, and you can't go wrong with the spring roll and crab Rangoon.
