I’ve been taking my family here since my mother who was from Vietnam passed away almost 20 years ago. Tried for a year to find a restaurant that made several of my favorite dishes and was very disappointed till we found Saigon City. The food is excellent, as is the service.

The food was good and they also had sauces and chilies at each table you could add. The place wasn’t ideal sanitation and cross contamination safety. The utensils are just open air at each table where people can just touch them. Open sauce bottles were on one table and they take their time cleaning up tables after customers leave. To go containers were just sitting on a table in the open as well. The bathroom probably hasn’t been deep cleaned. The light switch and walls were dirty and you can see the buildup of grime. The lady working was polite and just left us our space. They do have vegetarian items.

I have been a loyal customer of this restaurant since it opened in the mid-2000s. They serve quite authentic Vietnamese cuisine. Their menu is extensive, offering more choices than many other Vietnamese restaurants. Occasionally, accessing the parking lot can be challenging due to its location on a busy street corner.

One of the fastest to-go experience in my 30years of life. I ordered then paid and BOOOM 💥 your order is ready for almost 45 seconds 🤩🤩

The only place to get my favorite Bahn Coun and portions are generous!
We have been getting takeout from this restaurant for years but something has changed in the last couple of years. They must have changed cooks because the food went from excellent to below average. Case in point: their pad Thai used to be the best and now it’s bland and literally pale. Even the previously yummy fried rice tastes tired and dry. I have given them a few tries to make sure it wasn’t a one-off. Very disappointed that now I have to look for a new go-to place.

Service was bad. Food was great. I think it was because I was because I was not Vietnamese.

Hands down my favorite Vietnamese restaurant in NoVA. Banh cuon is my favorite dish and they make JUST like how my grandma use to make it. I always order that with extra meat.
They hook it up. Family owned restaurant & everyone is nice. Dine in & take out worthy.
