To begin with, this place is not pleasant, it is a bad service, they are almost always pupusas that I usually buy and they give them to me one after the other to be clearer, a complete mass I always tell them and apparently they don't understand or they simply act crazy and all the bullets hard reheated tortillas and they also take so long to complete the order even though the place remains full no matter how many complaints you have, I hope you take into account some of these comments because that is how you improve business

Lived next to here for years and never thought of stopping by until some rave reviews from coworkers and friends. Finally stopped in for a quick dinner and my husband and I were pleasantly surprised. The place felt very clean and the ladies working there were extremely helpful, sweet and patient while we looked over the menu with questions. We tried several dishes including the Pollo Guisado, pupusas, chicharrón and baleadas. Everything was good to great! Felt like Spanish soul food, home cooking. Husband went back the next morning for tamales which were good.

Tried the Pupusas today, and were delisiosas. Clean and neat place. Overall service was excellent. Even though I live a little far, for sure I will be back to try different dishes with my kiddos ?

Horrible customer service, woman with tattoos and piercings at the register was cold, was annoyed when I changed my mind about something, didn't even try to make eye contact when giving change or smiled. Thought about ordering lunch but immediately left. Not a very welcoming place due to people at the front.

The lunch buffet wasn't available, but the menu has lots of reasonably priced choices. My friend and I both had Lomo Saltado ($12.99) and she was able to substitute salad for the fries. I had the Horchata ($2.11) and she tried the Tamarind drink. Everything was delicious. The staff is very friendly and helpful and keep the cafe spotlessly clean.
