Do not recommend. The price of their dishes are the same as Korean restaurants around the area but they are in a grocery food court, plus you bus your own dishes. The female owner is also really nasty and yell at people for taking napkins and cups to use. Don't believe me? Check out other reviews (Google etc.) and read for yourself!

Have to agree with the other reviewer who said the food here is better/tastier than a lot of the formal restaurants' nearby. Specifics: kimchi jjigae tastes like authentic/home-cooked, samgye tang super flavorful broth (with tender chicken), dduk mandoo guk broth clean and not too salty, haejang guk again clean broth not too salty and a generous portion of quality beef.

That is truly authentic Korean food!!After working in Samsung for many years I know what Korean people eat everyday. Very fresh and spicy.

I've had much better Korean food. Forgot part of my order and attempted to call. I could not communicate effectively with whoever was on the other line so stayed with the messed up orders.

I am sooooo disappointed. I ordered a soup using uber eats. This is how my soup arrived. The lid clearly was not on tightly to the container holding my soup. I called Sang Rok Soo and explained to the lady who answered the phone how my soup arrived. Much to my surprise, she put the blame on the uber eats driver. She stated that though she wasn’t 100% certain what happened, she was still blaming the driver. She refused to replace my order. So, here I am.

the food was okay it could be better and cheaper, i personally been to a better Korean grocery store that sells better food at a better price. The lady at the front was “nice” in the beginning until me and my family had got our food and didn’t have any bowls or things to share on so we used the only available item which was the small water cups that only cost 5 cents each so we use the cups to eat out of to not make a mess while eating then my younger brother needed to drink something but everyone had use their cup and he went to get another cup then got yelled at the lady and she said that “we have to many cups and that they are expensive” and that ruined the mood of us enjoy our food so we packed up and left horrible customer service she needs training on customer service.

The service was unprofessional, with a very rude owner. The food was just okay and the prices for the dishes were overpriced considering the portion size.

The food was alright but it was overpriced for a small bowl of bulgogi. And the owner was extremely rude as well.

Avoid at all cost. Pork tasted rancid, chicken was soggy and the squid was overly sweet. Not reccommended.

We ordered pickup. This restaurant was inside an International food market. We wouldn't know it was there except for the address provided by yelp. It wasn't much to look at but the food was very good.

This is one of several restaurants inside of Lotte supermarket. I never knew there was a section of restaurant. We find our selves coming back here. I always order the seafood pancake and beef ribs. Comes with miso soup, rice, kimchi, bean sprouts and pickled cucumbers. Love the ribs and pancake. We also get the Seafood Dolsot Bibimbap, Served piping hot in a stone pot consisting of rice, seafood, and vegetables mixed with red chili paste. After our meal, we can do a little shopping in Lotte.Very convenient. The food is consistently delicious. Food comes out piping hot and fresh. Dining is in a small food court but you do not come here for the ambianceParking: Parking is in the Lotte shopping center.

Man, this place is delicious! It's located inside Lotte, so it's nice to get delicious food and then be able to grab groceries after. My husband and I got the #15 with bulgogi, #30, and #33. Service was great, portions were generous, and everything was very good. We will definitely be back!

I ordered through Uber. Jajangmyun was good but I had to spit out a small piece of metal as I was eating. It probably came from a metal scrubber used in cleaning. This must be a common happening in restaurants in general because it happened to me at a different place before. I'm still not okay with it. :(
