I visited today and I ordered chicken teriyaki and fried rice. Honestly, I don't get the complaints here. I had a very pleasant experience today. The food was flavorful and delicious. The rice was cooked perfectly, and the chicken was as good as I remember it. The cashier was very kind (I can't remember his name). I highly recommend it!

Only ordered through Uber Eats and while it wouldn't typically warrent a full review but my meal was so disappointing I won't ever step into this establishment. The chicken teriyaki was the only redeeming part of the meal, the steak teriyaki was overly sweet and had a strange taste, the dumplings tasted old, and the California roll in the bento box was concerningly fishy. The other roll of sushi steamed itself in transport and was just a soggy bite. Even in person I don't think any of the food would have elicited over 3/5 stars.

Service was slow today, not sure what was going on. I was dine-in 23, however they did not get to my order by 1248pm so I ended up leaving without my food. Gave receipt to another customer and hope they enjoyed the extra lunch.
SLOPPY service. ZERO attention to detail!! I ordered online the Chicken Teriyaki with fried rice. In the extras column, I selected: veggies, & sauce, electing to pay $1.10 more for the veggies and $0.60 more for the sauce. They brought my order with the chicken served up on a load of cabbage with one stalk of broccoli -- NO rice. I called the restaurant and asked them to replace it. They spent 10 minutes arguing with me about how they didn't read the order the way I placed it. Fine. You made a mistake, but you still need to replace the order. They didn't want to do that so I will be disputing the charge with my card company. They have lost my business forever. They had the opportunity to fix this, and make it right. INSTEAD, they took the bad impression cemented in my memory.

Worst service ever! This place sucks!!!
Customer service was terrible got my order wrong. Manager is terrible she going tell me what she messed up on the order as I’m looking at the wrong order. Didn’t receive none of the items I paid for. No spring rolls in the bag. Alisa was rude and hung up the phone on me. Only was willing to replace half of my order.
