Those who comment here are malicious people, I go every week and everything is perfect, the employees are friendly, they give me as much sauce as I want, they never make faces.

Super bad service, in short, they gave me a super bad time, what's more, they didn't have any manager available, and the person in charge didn't know anything about their system, they charged twice for an order even though I told her that they had already been charged, I had to call the bank and they told me that if the store had been charged twice, I tried to ask them to give me a refund and they told me that it couldn't be done because they deduct that and I told them that it is impossible since I work for manager popeyes and I can return the money normally, in the same Boucher it appears that it was charged twice and the lady was stubborn, the bank told me to call the police because they cannot refuse to return an order and there They just returned the

We ate chicken teriyaki on 10.12.24, and my son experienced vomit , diarrhea few hours later and then fever . The rest of us experienced minor discomfort .
I went to get some food from Sarku and was shamed by the people working there. As I ordered multiple orders, they kept looking at my mid section. The cook asked if I wanted extra sauce, and I denied it. When he was gonna give cutlery, I said I didn't need it, and he had a smirk. I do like the food, but I won't be going back to this location as, for whatever reason, the people working there love to make customers feel like crap.

The family and I went to the mall to eat, they went elsewhere and I went to Sarku. I ordered my food, looked at my receipt and saw that they overcharged me one meal. I told the cashier that I only needed one meal and she charged me two. She gave me a major attitude. Arguing with me and rolling her eyes. She said I ordered 2 meals and I told her I didn't and just needed one meal. She called over one of the cooks to give me a refund and she kept saying to him that I ordered 2 meals and he said that he knew I ordered 2 meals. He gives me a "refund", and I take my food and go. I get home and on my card statement, instead of refunding me, HE CHARGED ME FOR ANOTHER MEAL!!!! I wonder how many times they have done that to people, say they are refunding you, but really charging you again. This isn't the first time I've gotten food from here, every time I go it's the same cashier and I've seen her argue and roll her eyes at other people. She definitely needs a class in how to treat people with respect cause I was not rude to her at all.
Besides their lack of customer service, their food was good. Cooked it quick and I got a good amount.

Worst customer service ever. I asked if the volcano rolls had raw fish and the cook didnât understand my question. He kept yelling âvolcano rollâ. We went back and forth quite a few times then the cook just took my food away and walked away. I said I want my money back but he ignored me. Then someone else came, and again, he kept yelling the same thing âthis is volcano rollâ. So I explained to him that I was asking if these were cooked and he said yes. Right when I was about to take my food, a lady behind me started talking to the guy in Spanish and told me that the rolls arenât cooked. So I asked him to give me the California rolls which is $3.50 cheaper. He changed my food and when I asked to give me the difference back, he said no because it was only a dollar. He lied all because he didnât wanna give me the money. I wouldâve been fine if he said the policy doesnât refund the money but instead, he lied. I ended up getting my money back but this lying, I canât deal and this yelling business they did, all because they couldnât understand my question, was rude. Food is nasty anyway. Never again.

My daughter order the beef teriyaki and we had raw chicken in the plate. They workers were rude. She had ate most of it, but it the fact the they didn't have a care in the world about the raw chicken. I call the police just to get a refund and will be reporting them to the health department.5

The food was alright. I ordered the beef and shrimp teriyaki. The mixed veggies and fried rice were small portions. When comparing sizes, I'll use the Panda Express plate. The protein was about 1.5 sections of the plate which was reasonable. The mixed veggies and rice were each smaller than one portion of the plate. When comparing prices I paid 15 at Sarku Japan for less food than I could get at Panda ($13 plate and drink) and know better regarding consistency. Fried rice was an additional $.50 charge and the meal doesn't include any sauce, that is an additional $.50 charge as well. I wanted to try this after venturing to Panda most times while at the mall but I won't be back to Sarku again.

I know this place for years. Never complained before. I came here today and ordered a chicken Teriyaki and they gave me less than half. I was shocked and tried to talk to them, no one speaks English. No one was trying to fix the mistake. I just said thank you and left. This is a shame!
