The food was alright. I ordered the beef and shrimp teriyaki. The mixed veggies and fried rice were small portions. When comparing sizes, I'll use the Panda Express plate. The protein was about 1.5 sections of the plate which was reasonable. The mixed veggies and rice were each smaller than one portion of the plate. When comparing prices I paid 15 at Sarku Japan for less food than I could get at Panda ($13 plate and drink) and know better regarding consistency. Fried rice was an additional $.50 charge and the meal doesn't include any sauce, that is an additional $.50 charge as well. I wanted to try this after venturing to Panda most times while at the mall but I won't be back to Sarku again.

I know this place for years. Never complained before. I came here today and ordered a chicken Teriyaki and they gave me less than half. I was shocked and tried to talk to them, no one speaks English. No one was trying to fix the mistake. I just said thank you and left. This is a shame!

There were two servers who were rude, they fought with all the customers in line and ignored customers requests. So sad.

Don’t order food here when they open, they serviced me cold food when it should be freshly made in front of you, I saw the food was precooked but I thought the least they would do was warm it up but they are too LAZY to even do that… when I told them, they were all laughing at me and looking at each other and said ABSOLUTELY nothing but laughed at me….

What a bag of a-holes. The restaurant wasn't stocked, so my husband went into the cabinet below to get some duck sauce to bring back to our sticky table and put on our dry, undercooked dumplings. We were happy enough, and minding our own business when "Tiny" (you'll know who I mean,) interrupted our meal to tell my husband that's "his stuff" and not to touch it. Lol Uh...actually, we paid for condiments. I went up to ask for plum sauce, and he told me to "get behind the line." There was no line. No people...no line on the floor...literally nothing for me to get behind. I looked for something to get behind, as he got meaner. I just grabbed a plum sauce and walked away. He called me a pandeja. I speak Spanish. I have no idea why he feels like this about the restaurant, but if he's working, you will want his list of "Thou Shalt Nots" before you eat his dried out, crap food. But, the shrimp was...ok.

Service was horrible, no great attention to customer, first time ever ordering from this place. Paid, not even a thank you, cook pointed at my plate when it was done, I was confused on what to do. They were too busy talking to each other. Food was very greasy.

I grew up on this food. Loved it as a kid 20 years ago, love it now. Something nostalgic about shopping mall teriyaki chicken, even if there's no indoor playground or carousel anymore.

The food is fairly oily , The cooks were quick. I noticed the sushi & salad in the bento box were pre-made and warm, I tried one bite of each hoping they were just recently made abs I was wrong. I didn’t like how the fried rice had an up charge. I only ate the beef and freaked rice which was still pretty oily. Overall not impressed don’t recommend.Parking: Parking in the town center is free and they have garages as well for additional parking.Wheelchair accessibility: If you’re starting on the second floor of the town center the restaurant is very accessible if starting on the first not so much.

I ordered 3 times in the last 2 weeks through DoorDash. My order was wrong all 3 times - 100% the restaurant's fault each time. I called today to inform the manager of this and as soon as I finished letting them know, they hung up the phone on me. Mind you, I was extremely respectful while speaking. I attempted to call back 6 times and they rejected my call each time without failure. I will never order from here again which is a shame because the other location in Brookfield Plaza is fantastic.

The food is delicious but....they serve very little amount of food even if you ask for double meet and rice with vegetables. Not worth it.

The food is okay. And when we ordered, the cashier was very nice. However, I have to take a star away because of my experience. I had looked at the ingredient list on the website to know what's in the sushi rolls because they don't list it up on their board, nor do they have a menu out to look at to see what's in rolls. I ordered the rock and roll, which should be according to their website: Spicy tuna, avocado, eel sauce, masago and crunchy flakes. What I received had those things as well as shredded crab meat and cucumber, so I thought that maybe they gave me a different roll, or maybe just mixed two together on accident. I take it back to the cashier and the guy seems very nice again and goes to talk to the chef for a second because he briefly thought it was wrong, but then he turns around with it again, and says something along the lines of "no, this is the correct roll. It's just a little bit, it's fine."I'm sorry, but that is not fine for me. I don't like those ingredients and didn't expect them to be in the roll I ordered. And I took the time to figure out what was supposed to be in the roll before I stood in line- if items may vary by location, they need to list the ingredients! I don't like to be confrontational, so I just took it back and tried to push out the cucumber and just eat it, but with the crab and remnants of cucumber taste I ended up just giving my sushi to my husband. Thankfully he was there, otherwise they would've just gone in the trash and completely wasted my money. My husband also kindly went and ordered me a spicy tuna roll- I didn't catch the whole conversation but it sounded like it might also come with cucumber (not a listed ingredient either) but they made it without it and also checked if avocado was fine, and that roll was decent. We also ordered the teriyaki chicken meal, which was just okay- edible but I've definitely had better teriyaki. We kept it for leftovers and it does get a little better after it sits in the fridge overnight lol. Husband got some dumplings and eggroll, and they were fine. We might would go back there to grab sushi again, but now I know I need to ask for modifications (which kind of sucks).
