This place used to be a solid 4 outta 5...I don't know if the management changed but this place is trash now...one thing is for certain, it's not 4.8 out of 5 like the reviews show. Paid $50 for 2 people. Won't be coming back. Gave 2 stars instead of one because the shift manager did come by to solicit feedback. When we gave it, he offered to make it up to us.
Food. Chewy, dry beef, tomatoes not ripe.
Service. For an otherwise pretty empty time at the restaurant, it still took 20 minutes to get food for 2.

I'm not sure why this place has such high reviews—it's questionable. I visited on 03/06/25 after reading the reviews, but I was disappointed. The tacos didn’t feel authentic; they were more of a fusion style (which I later realized from their poster). I ordered the beef and chicken tacos, but the meat was tough, and the lettuce wasn’t fresh.

I just went while on break and the 4.9 stars are VERY MISLEADING. they might remove the negative reviews? But most of the staff was friendly except the older woman. I asked her nicely for my toppings and she acted like she didn’t hear me and skimped on several toppings i asked for. I also asked for basmati rice and they gave me brown rice. Seems like the workers have selective listening. Overall, I can’t say it’s amazing since i didn’t get what I wanted to get. They’re missing several things from the menu as well.

I think the concept is great but could use some improvement. The shawarma meat is a bit tough to eat in a taco so I think they should work on making the meat a bit softer otherwise the food was good. If I happen to eat here again and they improve on the meats tenderness I will edit this review to give a full 5/5 otherwise until then 4/5.

The best halal chicken swarma and halal beef quesadillas we had today in swarma taco . Along with food mohammed and clara /carla was very accommodating and friendly and was asking us if everything is okay. The food tastes fresh and flavorful . We will surely come back . Thank you guys .
Absolutely fabulous food, very customizable with fun options. Some of the best shawarma I’ve had in the US. Friendly staff and reasonable price for the huge portion I got. Definitely am going to come back!
