The food is good, and it's never too crowded which is nice. I order out usually and sometimes eat here. Cliff always takes good care of me and so does the manager Jackie. Both have excellent customer service and never mess up my order.Parking: Lots of parking outside

Had another great visit to the Springfield Silver Diner. Even my mom, with her many food allergies (a few of them lethal), had a good meal.
Great little place to eat. They got our group of 11 in very quick with no reservations. Food was excellent as well.

I came into the use the restroom and to not be a user I tried to purchase a root beer the two girls at the counter at 10:00 at night were simply amazing they actually gave me the root beer for free they were smiley courteous I can't speak for the food yet but I am definitely going back there to try the food because the service and how personal and how special those girls were it's just amazing how congenial no wonder the place is always busy I'm going back for sure

Food used to be good here. But the portions have gone down as they try to be fancy, with weird chefs and fries served in a metal cup. Wasting wax paper. As they got fancier, the quality and quantity of the food went down. I definitely don't life it as much as I did.
