Had a pleasant experience, came here for the first time. The staff was super friendly she showed and explained the different options as well as let me sample the dough before I went full send on a purchase and I got the Treat Yo Self which has like a Twix base for the cookie dough. Big enough to be shared by 2 people.

I was so excited to try Sophie’s Dough but it ended up with a great disappointment! I ordered the Nutella bubble waffle and it was not what i was expecting the crew informed me that they were out of strawberries i said its fine but i ended up with a plain waffle and some Nutella i dont think this is enough posting picture for reference thank u!

The ice cream is absolutely divine here! The service was also wonderful, we had a server who was super friendly and really helpful! We tried a few flavours before finding our favourite and overall had a brilliant experience here - I would highly recommend!

Strawberry bubble waffle was so good. The waffle was yummy and I replaced the cookie dough with another scoop of ice cream. Plus the guy working there was so kind and helpful. Def check this place out!

First of all, the location is great and everything about the store is adorable. We were attended by Jory, who was very friendly and knowledgeable about the menu. We bought cookie dough, cookie dough cannolis, and a red velvet cookie. Everything was above and beyond tasty. I personally preferred the S'mores cookie dough, and the marshmallows had the perfect fire-toasted smokey essence. Will be 45 minutes away from where we will leave, but it's worth the trek! Fellow "sweet tooths" will not be disappointed((:

Very disappointed with the service! I walked in and was told to wait, and I did since it seemed there was only one employee and my daughter had been asking for cookie dough. We set and waited for 20 min and as soon as another costumer walked in the employee quickly helped them out. I was sitting in front of the employee and he kept making eye contact so I know he didn't forget about us. My daughter was disappointed she didn't get her cookie dough. But i wasn't going to even longer for him to help other people. Not coming back here again. And strongly recommend they do better customer service training.

Went to Sophie’s Dough for the first time today and was attended my the Owner Sophia. She was adorable and full of personality plus. She was attentive, entertaining and knowledgeable. As for the good… the bubble waffle is a must. We are definitely coming back ?
Nice shop with great service. The guy was offering up samples before I made my order. It's very sweet and pretty expensive but it was tastey and the service was very friendly. Only a few seats inside for people and the line can get long

Sophie’s Dough has a cute and chic storefront… I had to stop in and check them out. The ice cream is deliciously rich in flavor and all of the options are so appealing it’s honestly hard to choose, but either way you can’t go wrong. In fact, Sophie’s Dough was served at my 5YR daughter’s Barbie Ice Cream Party which was a hit! Crazy Vanilla was a must! Sophie is a sweetheart and have a great team of staff behind her. This place is addicting! Thanks again:-)

I’ve heard of Sophie’s Dough via social media, and I happened to be traveling through Springfield, so I stopped by to try it…and let me tell you — it was literally amazing! The customer service was great, and the staff was super helpful in showing me how it all worked being a first time customer. 10/10 recommend, I definitely will be remembering this sweet birthday treat!SN: There are so many flavors to choose from so if you’re struggling to pick a flavor, I had the S’mores dough w/ coffee ice cream shake the Sophie Way!
