Had a pleasant experience, came here for the first time. The staff was super friendly she showed and explained the different options as well as let me sample the dough before I went full send on a purchase and I got the Treat Yo Self which has like a Twix base for the cookie dough. Big enough to be shared by 2 people.

I was so excited to try Sophie’s Dough but it ended up with a great disappointment! I ordered the Nutella bubble waffle and it was not what i was expecting the crew informed me that they were out of strawberries i said its fine but i ended up with a plain waffle and some Nutella i dont think this is enough posting picture for reference thank u!

A great spot for ice cream in the Springfield/ Alexandria area! There's a huge variety of Desserts, so anyone can find their favorites and the customer service is outstanding! Despite the fact that the shop closed soon after our arrival, Jordy took the time to answer all of our questions and did not rush to ensure he made us the best desserts possible. My personal recommendation would be the waffles, but we had a great experience all around at Sophie's Dough, thank you Jordy!

10/10- So I happened to stumble across this small business in Springfield Mall while I was doing a little Mother's Day shopping and let me tell you! The Customer service is top tier and the treats are delicious! It is so beautiful, comfy and clean to sit in to enjoy ur treats. While eating ur treats you can take a few selfies with all of the summer/spring colors . I was so indecisive about what I wanted but I was allowed to taste a sample of edible cookie dough and ice cream before I made my decision. I will definitely be back for more !

My husband and I visited the shop for the first time this week. Found them from IG, and drove to the mall JUST to visit. We were blown away! The shop has the cutest decor and such creative ideas with the desserts. The owner was there and served us. We LOVE Sophie! Warm personality and so attentive to everyone coming in :) 10's across the board for food, service and ambiance! We tried the strawberry shortcake and the S'mores doughshakes. She even deconstructed them so we could take them on the road! My picture is my attempt to make them look as pretty as she would, when we got home. They were SO delicious! Everything I knew they would be :) I also added a baked chocolate chip cookie (I'm a Cookie Monster) and this was one of the best cookies I've ever had! We will absolutely be back to try it again!

The ice cream is absolutely divine here! The service was also wonderful, we had a server who was super friendly and really helpful! We tried a few flavours before finding our favourite and overall had a brilliant experience here - I would highly recommend!

I have now been to Sophie's Dough several times and can write a very real and true review. Spoiler Alert: this place ROCKS. I have only ever gotten the cookie dough, and each time I have gone, I have gotten two flavors at once. Every flavor I have tried has been PERFECT. The last combo I had a few weeks ago was a scoop of the strawberry shortcake and a scoop of the "more cookies". So so so so good. It's a lot of dough when you get two scoops. I manage to finish it all each time but only because I have been really hungry each time I get it! Another favorite flavor is the classic cookie. And you can't forget about the birthday cake flavor-amazing. This cookie dough is the best I have ever had. My only complaint is that it is too addicting and I want to go back all the time :) It's also on the pricier side..but this is a unique item, so I understand the high prices. You will not regret treating yourself to an indulgent snack (or meal in my case) at this place!

Strawberry bubble waffle was so good. The waffle was yummy and I replaced the cookie dough with another scoop of ice cream. Plus the guy working there was so kind and helpful. Def check this place out!

First of all, the location is great and everything about the store is adorable. We were attended by Jory, who was very friendly and knowledgeable about the menu. We bought cookie dough, cookie dough cannolis, and a red velvet cookie. Everything was above and beyond tasty. I personally preferred the S'mores cookie dough, and the marshmallows had the perfect fire-toasted smokey essence. Will be 45 minutes away from where we will leave, but it's worth the trek! Fellow "sweet tooths" will not be disappointed((:

Very disappointed with the service! I walked in and was told to wait, and I did since it seemed there was only one employee and my daughter had been asking for cookie dough. We set and waited for 20 min and as soon as another costumer walked in the employee quickly helped them out. I was sitting in front of the employee and he kept making eye contact so I know he didn't forget about us. My daughter was disappointed she didn't get her cookie dough. But i wasn't going to even longer for him to help other people. Not coming back here again. And strongly recommend they do better customer service training.

Went to Sophie’s Dough for the first time today and was attended my the Owner Sophia. She was adorable and full of personality plus. She was attentive, entertaining and knowledgeable. As for the good… the bubble waffle is a must. We are definitely coming back ?
